accused me of shoplifting because i use EBT/food stamps. lost a customer, that’s clear profiling. got no apology once i went thru all my stuff to show them i took nothing.
the pharmacy is fine, they are very kind. but the other staff are extremely rude and disrespectful.

Honestly, it's my first time here, but it was the best experience I've ever had with a pharmacy. Excellent customer service, friendly employees, helpful pharmacist.

I have never been to a pharmacy that is so kind to their customers. No matter how silly my pharmacy questions may seem, the pharmacy staff always answer them. My prescriptions are filled on time and I'm reminded if I forget to fill a prescription myself. I'm moving soon and will be very sad leaving this pharmacy.

Today the blonde older woman at the register the time is now 7:08pm on 2/14. As I was shopping for hair dye I grabbed two boxes and continued shopping. I decided to go to the register with the two boxes and placed one down . She proceeded to ring me up for the one then asked for the other and when I handed it to her she snatched….I let that slide….I was also in the store with my 5 year old who had a bag of candy from her class party today in her hand that was very visible & pulled out one begging me to open it. As I ignored my child and turned to exit the store she had the nerve to ask me did my child come in the store with that…. So now I’m getting pissed off because what do you mean because I am black I’m in here stealing ? I just got off of working a 10 hour shift the last thing I want to be accused of is stealing and feeling racially profiled especially during black history month. The manager of this store seriously needs to have a diversity training with this older woman because the next time it happens I’m not going to be so nice about it. I’m tempted to go back now and ask to speak to a manager but I hope this reaches who it needs too . HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!!

I love Rite Aid . My insurance only pays for CBS prescriptions . So Rite Aid is very close to my home. Wished I could fill my scripts there . CVS not CBS

I used The Rite Aid store 3times in the last month and a half. 1 for the flu vaccine. This was maybe the best shot i ever received from the pharmacist! It was virtually painless!Why 2 stars?! It's all due to my experience picking up my 2 prescriptions. First time the tech tried giving me my sister-in-law's medicines. And when I stated that the name was wrong she acted as if i told her a wrong name.Second month I refilled, the same young woman only gave me a partial refill. I receive the same drug with 2 different dosages. I only got 1 of the doses. Next day i went back and there was none in the pharmacy. I had to drive out towards Newtown to pick it up during rush hour traffic. The young girl seemed more concerned about her date with her boyfriend to the movies then in doing her job right. There was never a care of concern with how her inattentiveness caused me great inconveniences. I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere. I miss my pharmacists at the little Rite Aid on New Falls road that closed. They really took care of me!

I stopped by this store twice to buy money order. On Thursday and on Monday again. All they say is money order machine is broken.

Ryan, the Pharmacist, was kind enough to take my phone call in under three rings during a hectic hour after lunch. He had to pause to check his inventory during this time. Later, he gave the vaccine unscheduled. He had at least four others show up for flu and COVID vaccines unscheduled, again very busy with phones and the drive-thru all active. He took the time to print out my vax history at the end of my vaccine. He went above and beyond his responsibility as the pharmacist to manage patients and provide excellent service - promptly. He's an asset to the company.

It’s never too busy for picking up prescriptions in the drive through. Pharmacists & techs are always very polite & extremely helpful.
