Terrible customer service and security issues especially with the so called assistant manger LISA. She was rude and unprofessional to the point that I closed all my accounts and took my business elsewhere. Highly recommend to not bank with Republic Bank. LISA IS TERRIBLE!!!!!

Been dealing with this bank now for quite a few years almost since they opened. People inside are always very nice it's a very clean bank run very well with a small hometown feel.

I encountered the most immature and insolent teller, LISA, this past Saturday morning while visiting the Fairless Hills, PA, location. I wanted to use the change machine, and upon entering, I heard someone screech, "We charge for that now!" Upon expressing my displeasure, I received an obnoxious and argumentative attitude. "I can go on longer than you," she said. When I told her I intended to complain to management, she just shrugged her shoulders and laughed. What an embarrassment to the institution. Does Lisa treat Federal Examiners this way when they walk through the door? I wonder because I hope I'm assigned to this trashy location the next time they're due for a review. Management needs to relocate Lisa to the back office and provide her with additional customer service and sensitivity training. Lisa is not ready to handle such responsibilities or deal with clients directly. Do not visit, use, or open an account here. They do not deserve your business or the opportunity to handle your hard-earned cash.

Do not do you business banking here! My boss sent me in with $200 in cash to get change for an event he was at. Amber Eduard to give it to me, even though our business has an account. My boss had to close up shop and leave to go to the bank himself. Terrible customer service! We’re switching to Quaint Oak Bank who seem much more business friendly than Amber and Republic Bank. Amber, if that really is her name since she didn’t even have a name tag on, refused to give me the bank manager’s name when I asked for it. She only wanted to give me the generic 888 number.If you’re a small business owner, this is not the bank for you!

I used to love the bank, my wife and I had a joint checking account., they did an update to mobile app and our joint checking account vanished, then a girl at the counter said one of us had to have cancelled it. We did NOT... wanted help with an ach form today in the branch, at our branch. Think we could get help. Nope. Then we sat for 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone before we walked out. Time to start thinking of other bank options maybe.

I live 2 hours away from the closest branch, I needed to order a new debit card. I've been waiting 2 weeks now without access to my money, I called them to see if they could expedite me a new debit card and they said they could not. This is ridiculous. There should be no reason that after waiting 2 weeks already that they can't overnight or 2 day me a new card. I've been a costumer here for 6 years.
