Friendly, always helpful, professional staff! Fantastic selection!!! Always impressed by how much they have available for each team as well as how many local colleges and not-so-local colleges as well as professional teams’ gear they have there. Heavenly store for a sports fan, especially a Philadelphia sports fan. :)

Staff wasn't helpful at all when I went shopping with my young daughter. It's very sad in today's age when you go to a place that is adequately staffed (more than 8 visible staff members) and NOT one could show me where the youth "sixer" shirts are in a store full of sports merchandise but then I see other people being fully assisted while looking for items. I will NEVER shop here again. It's not for MY people. RALLY NEEDS TO DO BETTER!!

I was at this store today March7th. I wanted to send a commendation for Natalie who showed me patience and a true understanding of my requests. She was doing inventory but gave me a great deal help ms make a decision on her recommendations. A excellent experience. Checkout with Kathleen as an additional pleasure. She answered all my questions and provided suggestions in the checkout area. Both should be recognized for representing Rallye House in the most positive manner . Alan I Golombek

I would give zero stars but I can't. I ordered store pick up on Dec 16. I know it's really busy but they charged my account and never picked order. I went to store(which was a mess) and they told me you have wait for email which I still never received. Then I looked for the items lol no wonder they they never picked then for me. Then today they sent me email asking how my experience was. So I let them know.

Oxford Valley store is a mess. I will never order anything from there again. They never picked my order but charged me for it

My online order was placed through this store and I was unfortunately sent the wrong item. I was having trouble getting through with customer service online and called into this store. I spoke to Ryan and he was able to help me. He gave me the info I needed to speak to the right people since it was an online order from out of state. He had great customer service and was very understanding. Thank you !

Staff was just standing around. Talking about other things. Customers were is store and they could be doing things. I felt bad for owner paying them and they weren't doing what they could to get orders together or asking customers if they needed help. If they weren't the best place to go for local teams, I would go elsewhere. Hope things change for the next time I am there.

This place has the best selection of eagles gear I have ever seen. The store is HUGE and the gear is unlike anything I’ve seen anywhere online. 10/10 must stop if you want exclusive eagles gear. BIG thanks to Ryan!

The ranks are ridiculously overcrowded, sizes are NOT organized or easy to find. Everything falls on the floor when you try to look through the racks, and the staff hawk you like you're a thief. I would rather just order online.

I had an issue with my "in store" pickup I went into the Langhorne store to check on it. Sam & Ryan were the best!! With the Phillies going into the playoffs & Eagles starting their run, the store is swamped. Orders are coming In like crazy. They told me they would find my order. They went through all of the orders they had in the back & found it!! I feel really bad for the people who work there!! Corporate should change their ordering policy. When orders are placed they tell customers that we'll receive them later that day at a certain time. When so many orders are being processed THATS NOT ALWAYS POSSIBLE!! They should stop putting their stock associates in a position to be dealing with customers who don't GET THIS!! NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE NICE & THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE TO BE HARASSED FOR LATE PICKUPS BECAUSE THE CORPORATE OFFICE WANTS TO MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD!! Great job Sam & Ryan. YOU made your Rally House look good!!
