We bought a used car from Adrian--a friendly and knowledgeable guy. We liked the car, but the buying experience was very poor. We called ahead for the cash walk-away price and were given it over the phone. After getting there the manager told us that really isn't the cash price but the credit price. We were prepared to pay the price given, but the tires on the Rogue looked a little more worn than typical for that mileage, and one of the tires had been repaired with no history of what the repair was. We were uneasy about that, mainly because it was odd it just wasn't replaced on the certified used car. We asked for a couple hundred dollars off or a year or so of tire protection for peace of mind. Very reasonable and fair request. They denied it; from our viewpoint, having driven out there, the type of tire repair is unknown, and on a certified vehicle, this was bad form. Again, we liked the car, and listening to the manager's rationale, we gave up and said, "OK, we'll buy it," but it left us with a sour taste. The price provided over the phone was $2 less, so our certified check was $2 off. The sales rep returned and asked, "How would we like to pay the difference?". Really... the sales guy ended up eating $2 after management wouldn't budge. They also offered $1500 less for a trade-in than Kelly's Blue Book instant sale quote (non-trade-in), so we did not do a trade. Do not recommend driving a fair distance to come here. If you are local and want to check one out, OK, but don't make a drive out there for the poor service and their unwillingness to have a good-faith negotiation. Also, don't recommend bringing a trade, you might even be better off online even with a very low, "as is" sight-unseen offer. Webuyanycar.com offered almost $1K more!

I would drink gasoline through a straw before I ever buy anything from this dealership. Complete scam!!!! Reporting dealership to: Pennsylvania office of Consumer Advocates. The work cost me 3600$ Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the used 2009 Honda Accord that I recently purchased from your dealership. Unfortunately, upon further inspection, I discovered several significant issues with the vehicle that were not disclosed during the sales process. First and foremost, the car was past due on all fluid changes, including the transmission fluid. This neglect raises serious questions about the quality of maintenance performed on the vehicle prior to my purchase. As a responsible buyer, I expected to receive a vehicle that had been properly serviced and maintained. In addition, the car has significant valve seal leaks, which have resulted in oil leakage and accumulation all over the components of the engine bay. This level of leakage is indicative of an underlying problem that should have been addressed before offering the vehicle for sale. Such issues not only impact the performance and reliability of the car but also pose potential safety hazards. What concerns me even more is the behavior of your general during my attempt to address these issues. Instead of acknowledging the problems and taking responsibility, he attempted to explain his way out of it, dismissing the issues as minor or inconsequential. This lack of accountability and transparency is highly disconcerting and reflects poorly on your dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction. As a customer, I have the right to expect honesty, integrity, and fair dealings from any dealership, especially when making a significant purchase like a used vehicle. I trusted Perruzzi to provide me with a reliable and well-maintained car, but unfortunately, this has not been my experience. I kindly request that Perruzzi takes immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a thorough inspection of the vehicle, repairs to be made to address the aforementioned issues, and a guarantee that the car will be brought up to the appropriate standards of safety and performance. I would appreciate your prompt response and a clear plan of action to resolve this matter. Please understand that I am deeply disappointed by this situation, and it has shaken my confidence in your dealership. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and work with me to reach a satisfactory resolution. I believe in open and honest communication and trust that Perruzzi shares the same values.

UPDATE: In response to the Business Manager's response, I would like to point out that I never once cursed at Kurt, or anyone else at the dealership. In response to my being two hours away, I was told by Kurt that I could secure the vehicle at MSRP if I make the deposit, sign, and take delivery in person once the vehicle arrives. I'm disgusted, but can't say that I'm surprised at the false accusations. It's funny how the "Business Manager" likes to gaslight everybody on the comments section in such a condescending manner. If there are this many 1-star reviews about a place spread out over the years, there's a 100% chance that the issue is with the business and NOT the customer.

Purchased a car almost 3 months ago, great purchase experience and a great salesman. No pressure and great service. I live in NJ and was told I would get a call when my tags were ready. Almost 2 months went by and I called to ask where they were. I was told 1 more week. Got a message that they were in and going to be overnighted. This was a Friday. Nothing came on Saturday, Sunday, Monday...... Had to call on the following Thursday and the woman who answered chuckled and said she forgot. Really? My temp tag was over a week past expiration. Finally got my tags the next day. Communication is key, please try to improve the process. Thank you.

Typical Dealership Antics! This was a certified pre-owned Altima I helped my fiancé purchase. Totally misleading with their verbiage with the break down in costs. I asked specifically if the total for the car was the number on the page and I was told everything was included in the monthly payment which was their way of going around the fact that there was going to be an added $6,500 from the unnecessary extra warranties they offer and they didn't include tax, tags, and reg in the total price like I've been offered every other time purchased a new vehicle from a dealer. When we went to the financing manager we were the last customers there, so they flew through the paperwork not going down the lists of costs one more time before having us sign everything which left us to think we signed for a much lesser value than what we agreed upon. Luckily we had noticed the much higher residual price of the loan and we're able to go back in and undo the unnecessary warranties to the tune of $4,600 that we were able to get back canceling within 30 Days. They also barely took the time to detail the car left a lot of removable marks and scuffs all over it and foam sticking out of the dash/windshield, that I ended up having to go over the entire car myself inside and out like it should have been done in the first place.

I will never purchase a vehicle from Peruzzi Nissan Again. The promise the moon and stars bit never follow through. In 2019 I purchased a SUV not even 60 days later the car wouldn't start due to an engine problem. Since then I have put over 8000 dollars into it in repairs. In 2020 I purchased a car from them and was promised 2 free oil changes and a free detail (the car didn't come detailed because they didn't have the staff to do it) and all of these extra perks if I bought the Nissan program. Well the guy that sold us the car Mohit told us a lot of lies (which I should of known most car dealers do lie). When I called to have the car detailed no one knew what I was talking about. Mohit said He made notes about the detail in our file so when I call they will get me scheduled there was never any note made. So finally he admitted to saying we had a free detail but made it impossible to actually get it done because they guy that does the cleaning was only there one day a week. When I called for the free oil change the guy said oh sorry that expired 7 days ago it was only good for a year. Mohit never told us that it had a 1 year exp. He also said you have to buy the Nissan Program you will get free new tire within the 5 years you can actually go do burn outs and bring it back and we will replace them all for free. He knows from his own experience of doing it. And the list goes on. So now I have one more year left with an SUV with nothing but problems. And was sold a bunch of liesssss. Save your time & money don't buy you cars from peruzzi SCAMS. The sManager working on 8/6/22 is extremely rude and hung up on me in the middle of a conversation basically telling me I was a liar he trained Mohit and knows he would never say anything like that. Lesson Learned!!!

I'm in the dealership with my sister and the sales person made inappropriate comments about my educational background because of a typo area made when I was adding information online. Based on the fact that what I entered was a duplicated response, I'm sure it was a pure oversight. But to question how I can have a " Masters Degree " is absolutely ridiculous. We have to be better . This was appalling. You can think whatever you want, believe whatever you want. But we have to be professional when we are at work at all times.

Don't go by the prices they post online. Those prices are ONLY if you finance through them! Expect to pay at least another $1000 if paying in full at time of purchase
