My experience at Peruzzi Mazda in Fairless Hills has been nothing short of HORRIBLE. I went with my partner to buy her a used car and we've been lied to ever since we walked through their front doors. Their salesman Matt not only sold us a vehicle with countless undisclosed issues, when we called to get them fixed they gave us the run around and blamed us for the issues on the car we've had for LESS THAN 3 MONTHS...Their management is even less helpful as they try their best to cut corners and squeeze money out of your pockets. My advice... GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP.

Nothing but great things to say about the service department. Steve, Chris and team were amazing! Communication was top-notch and repairs were done in a timely manner. Appreciate the guys over at Peruzzi Mazda! Will definitely come back for any future major repairs needed for the car.

Went to test drive a used car. Front tires had many cracks on the sidewalls but they still passed it. Was going to pay cash but they wanted 500 dollars more because we were paying by cash. As soon as we heard that, we ran for the door.

I just bought a used car from them and even after the check I submitted was debited from my account I still have not been given the vehicle.I did call them before I ubered my way to their lot to pick the car up, but I was not given the car,They wanted to run my credit check when I had paid them by check. I refused. They said they could not let me take the car out until they cashed the check.

Worst service center in the world. Faulty repair job, and they want to charge to replace. Boys club service attitude. Do not take your car here. Be warned especially if you are a person of color or LGBT. They carry that old Levittown/ Croydon mentality. Beware sales was great but service is horrible.

Just bought a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring 6 months ago. Came with the factory 5 year, 100,000 mile warranty. Purchased an additional platinum warranty. The battery died and needed a jump. My electric hatch stopped working so I scheduled a service appointment. The battery needed to be replaced. I was charged $389 and was told my warranties did not cover the cost! The vehicle was JUST purchased and we spent $3000+ on additional warranties! Very displeased

I stopped in here honestly not expecting to make a purchase that day with my husband, but Jordan and Chris made my experience a great one! Our salesman, Chris, was both knowledgeable, and personable, awesome guy. The sales manager, Jordan, was also able to answer any questions I had while doing paper work, and was super super nice! They are both great assets to this dealership!! Everything felt so laid back, which is great for an anxious person like me, making their first car purchase! I felt no pressure, and they were able to work out numbers till it fit my budget. We ended up get a 2021 red cx-5 ?..Thank you so much! Will be back in the future, you have a customer for life!

Very professional! I looked for the right car for a while and finally found it. They worked with me to get the deal done in the same day but then held the car until I could get a ride to pick it up. They detailed it superbly. The only thing I would have liked better would have been if the person I dealt with online and on the phone had communicated with a salesman to get the vehicle I wanted to test drive from down the street so I didn't have to wait an extra 15 minutes for them to go get it.

Overall this was a good experience do to an excellent salesperson Jake. Without Jake we would of purchased elsewhere. After using an online site for pricing on our new CX-50 around $34,300, we went to Peruzzi the closest dealer to test drive the car and make a purchase. They had a car we liked in stock. Everything was smooth until we got to the pricing. Our 2017 trade-in came in very low as compared to wholesale values we got from a dealer and support by KBB. The CX-50 also was 480.00 higher than a dealer in Redding. So for almost a $3,000 difference we walked out. The manager had no interest in making a deal at the legitimate price we had.About a mile down the road from Peruzzi is Carmax. We went there with our trade to see if the price they quoted on-line was real. Peruzzi said it wasn't. About 40 minutes later we walked out of Carmax with check in hand. They must use a different appraisal system and wholesale book? The difference in prices was about $2000.00. Back to the new car purchase. So being Peruzzi was close to where we live we went back to find Jake. Although I wasn't asking for the price we received on-line from another dealer we did ask for Peruzzi to come down just $147.00 more than they had already quoted. the manager promptly said no that this would put the car under invoice which now sounded like a used car experience. In fact it wasn't under the invoice of any places we lookedFor the sake of closeness and saving a 1.3 hr drive we went with the dealers price. At least we did our homework on the trade and made an additional $2000.00 selling to CarMax. So for $480.00 more Jake won us over as a customer. Without Jake we would of purchased elsewhere. We felt the manager was being complacent. We were asking for $147.00 compromise Not the full amount of $480 less that we had been quoted elsewhere. This small amount to make us a happy new client. But the manager made it clear he would let us walk out the door for this amount. We understand when times are good complacency can get hidden in the sales performance. But dealerships need faithful customers. Neither us or the dealer really needed the $147.00. but the lack of compromise sent a strong message to us as a new buyer in this dealership. Other than warranty we wont use the dealership for service. Our guess is they are probably expensive here also.So Kudos to Jake. Your knowledge and easy relaxed way was refreshing. Sorry I can't rate the dealership separately from you. You were a five star experience

I just purchased a new CX-5 from Matthew McElveen. The experience was very low pressure and Matt was completely professional throughout. Even the dreaded "extended warranty" portion was very easy, and very low pressure (I have had some very high pressure experiences when it comes to this part at other dealerships). Matt and the team at Peruzzi were awesome. Absolutely recommend them!

I brought my Lincoln MKS in for inspection and oil change on Friday 3/24/23. Steve called later that day to say it failed inspection due to rear rotors and brakes needing to be replaced, but they would need it another day as they needed to get parts. On Saturday 3/25/23 I called for update around 1 p.m. and spoke to Dan, he said they were working on it and having some issues. Dan called back at about 3 p.m. and said they were having trouble getting the calipers to make contact and needed more time. By the end of business Saturday I called as I hadn't heard from him. He said they wanted to try to bleed the brake line to see if that helped with contact before deciding to replace the calipers. Dan said the tech leaves at 4:30 so it won't be ready that day either.Mid-day Monday 3/27/23 I called again for status as I expected they would have bled the brakes then and been ready to move on. Steve called me an hour and a half later and told me the same information Dan gave me Saturday, that the calipers weren't making contact, but instead of bleeding the brake line as I was told they now have a call out to a Ford technician for advice since they don't normally work on my kind of car. Steve called back a short time later to say the calipers would need to be replaced. Then called again shortly later to say they were able to get the parts and work was complete. Although I was not happy with my experience this time around by the time it was all said and done I was happy to be getting my car back and ready to move on. However, when I got my car back the old inspection stickers were thrown on the floor and my driver side interior window film had welts in two areas that cannot be smoothed out. I brought it to Dan's attention and he didn't seem to care and stated he would inform his manager the next day, who also didn't seem to care as I never heard back from anyone. This is the second year that they have inspected this vehicle. I previously had a Mazda CX5 that was serviced there. I never had a problem with their service department in the past, they were communicative and got things done in a timely manner. I felt confident in continuing to use their services. However, this time around it took them three business days to complete the job and I had to call frequently for information as they didn't call me about progress, it would have been nice had they reached out. They clearly no longer care about quality customer service or take any pride in their work of work, very disappointing, I'd give zero stars if that were an option.
