Christine Todd (the service advisor). Is always very polite and friendly. She is also very knowledgeable and does her best to explain what is happening or what has happened, every step of the way.

My car buying experience at Peruzzi Buick was excellent from the moment I walked onto the lot, to the minute I drove away in my new car! Mike Marshall, my salesman, was extremely friendly, but not pushy! He was knowledgeable about every aspect of the car and took the time to answer every question that I had! Mike was kind & patient with me and clearly wanted me to be happy with my choice…and I am so happy! The entire Peruzzi dealership made my experience such a positive one! Go see Mike if you are even thinking of looking for a new car! You won’t be sorry!

People at front desk/checkout weren’t friendly AT ALL!!! When I walked in all 3 (2men 1woman) looked up at me & asked nothing. I had to initiate the entire conversations. Very cold.

Timely service, replaced airbag on recall, updated my maps. Great Service Writer, very pleasant to deal with. Nice waiting area.
The only downside was the volume on my radio didn’t won’t when my car was done with the above. Told the Service Writer, they took it right back in for a Tech to figure out what happened and fixed it. It worked when I brought it in. Satisfied with the work done.
They could have wiped off the greasy handprints on my driver side car door. My husband is a Tech elsewhere; he wears gloves so this doesn’t happen to vehicles. Same with the dirt on my WeatherTech floor panel. Should have put a paper down to prevent this; they are right there outside the Service Writers door.

I can't say enough good things about my experience at Peruzzi. I'm retired and have bought many vehicles over the years at many different dealerships and was so impressed. I was treated like family ( no exaggeration) I called ahead and they literally met me as soon as I pulled in with the truck I was looking for detailed and ready. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt no pressure at all. They had the best price by far and best people too! Thanks again guys! I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by this morning to get an oil change and was told they only do appointments because they are busy yet they don't have but 1 car there in the service department. The guys who work in this department needs customer training bc if a customer comes for a simple oil change and they rather sit behind computer and talk than work is a problem. I will be calling the manager

I dropped my wife’s car off at the service counter and it was lunch time Wednesday June 26th, 2024 and no one could acknowledge that I was there as they pecked away at the computers.
I am not a fan of the setup where I have to talk into the back of the computer monitor while the person I am speaking to is staring into the screen.
I understand that you must have all the service business that you need, and I can go somewhere else.
It would be nice when I drop off the car that I could connect for a moment to make sure that we all understand what service that is needed.
Then you can peck away to your heart’s content while playing that cool video game.
I thought the reception of my car could and should have been better, I don’t expect gymnastics when I arrive but an acknowledgment and a face to face interaction would be nice.

I called the Service Center with a flat tire issue. I was nearby, and they made time for me and fixed my tire.

I made the appointment on line. There was one choice for the oil change. I picked it. At the counter they verified, I said yes, it was the only choice. Pick up with a bill of 200 dollars. No where was the price disclosed ahead of time. An oil change. 200 dollars. Learned an amazing lesson that day.
