Avoid this location and go elsewhere. They have high availability for a good reason.I can confirm that I had a similar experience as others noted in the past, arriving to an empty waiting room at the time of the appointment to very rudely being told I had to arrive 15 minutes prior and to reschedule. My appointment would have taken 10 minutes tops to be prescribed antibiotics, but got told I couldn't wait to check availability. To note, I did all the screening questions and filled out the history ahead of time as well.

Arrived at 1:00 for a 1:00 appointment for my child and were told they couldn't take us because we needed to be there 15 min beforehand. No other patients were in the waiting room. Frustrating experience.

Made an apt online. Drove 30 mins to apt. Minute clinic texted me I checked in on my phone and at the kiosk. Waited 30 mins!!! Nobody was working there! I asked the pharmacy if anyone was there they said they didn’t know. The cashier also didn’t know. I knocked on all the random doors and nothing. Why have this time slot available if nobody’s going to be here. So disappointing!

Canceled an 11:20am appointment on me 15 mins before my arrival. Drove there 55 mins to get covid shots for my toddler, only to find my appointment was canceled without notice. Was no one there to respond, except a dump kiosk, and an arrogant nurse practitioner who kept giving me the reason that they were double booked and her manager must have canceled it. Gave me a customer service number to talk to, where i reached someone after 20 mins of try, only to hear that they cannot help if the location canceled the appointment.Get your shots elsewhere, CVS is not the only pharmacy on this planet.
