We shopped at Michael’s for our wedding bands recently and I can’t say enough good things about the staff, especially Dawn! She was so helpful, knowledgeable and treated us like family. We will definitely be back just to visit as well as shopping for any future jewelry needs. Highly highly recommend!

I've been going to Michael's Jewelers for a long time. Their Customer Service is the Best ?. Every time I walk in the door everyone greats me with a smile. If you never hear of Michael's Jewelers, you don't know what you're missing. It's the only place for me!

My clasp broke on a necklace, Michael's Jewelers is local to me in Fairless hills so I took it there. Very pleasant experience and a timely repair!The necklace was safeguarded in a safe and the best part was the actual cost of the repair was cheaper than the quote when I dropped it off. I couldn't be happier with my experience there and it's obvious why they have been in business so long.Highly recommend!!

I've been going to Michael's Jewelers since I was young, with my mom, God Bless her?They are a jeweler you can entrust your most valuable jewels with! Highly professional, polite, courteous, and will guide you with what's best for you. I was just there to pick up my ring that I had sized. I let her know of a pair of earrings I wanted, but they had sold. I then browsed and saw others, but she kindly recommended I go to their other store to find the earrings I really wanted. She could have sold me a pair there, but she recommended what was best for me. GREAT PLACE TO GO FOR B BEAUTIFUL JEWELRY AND MORE!

I love this jewelry store. The staff is very personable and friendly. Whenever I need my jewelry repaired this is the place to go. They do great work at a good price. While waiting for a repair, I was looking around and found a necklace I really liked but the length wasn’t quite what I wanted; no problem for them. They switched out the chain, adjusted the price and the necklace was exactly how I wanted it. My experience here was awesome. I would highly recommend .

Michaels has been my go to jewelry store for years. Always friendly with a great selection.Very helpful. I took my wife into find a new wedding band (as she lost hers) they took their time. Showed many options. Let us try on as many as we wanted. Until we found the perfect one for her.Thank you

I was recently in town visiting family and needed a watch battery replacement. I actually needed (3). This is a very nice jewelry store with extremely friendly staff. I walked in and the batteries were replaced in 15 minutes and I also found a sweet pair of earings too. I definitely would recommend Michael's for your fine jewelry needs.
