I like this location slightly better than others. I can usually find what I want in stock same day pick up. I usually don't ask for help but they're definitely some very knowledgeable associates.

I bought my son a tv on 12/9/22 or Christmas...they guaranteed delivery on Christmas Eve...I called in the morning and was told delivery between 10:00 to 2:00 pm.Waited no delivery called back at 2:30.. was on hold for an hour before I even talked to someone... I was told the tv is out of stock and delivery would have to be rescheduled . Needless to say Christmas was ruined and they acted like it was no big deal! I was fuming!! I definitely do not recommend this Best Buy.

If you can avoid going to Walmart for something you can get at Best Buy I recommend it. You won't have to park a mile away and you won't have to wait in a huge line for a couple items.

Spent $3000 on TVs , Sound Bars , delivery and installation the first week of July 2022. The Geeks we paid extra to deliver and install . They partially finish the first day . They were suppose to come out the next week ( appoints verified ) to finish the job . They were a no show . Went into the store to get a confirmation on a new appointment. Each appointment gets canceled by email . They now want us to wait 6 weeks before they finished their install . The staff in the store has been great . It's the behind the scenes geek squad schedulers . I recommend not buying anything from Best Buy . Hire a private company ( a surround sound theatre business) to buy ur TVs and installation. Also don't waste ur money on Geek Squad support , on the phone they don't know a thing .

Beware of using the Geek Squad service from Best Buy Fairless Hills. After using their services to tune up my system yesterday, all my credit cards were used to make unauthorized purchases. Total Tech is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

Went to pick up my computer from being serviced. Have me a computer back with no updates, I.T. put a firewall lock on it and I can't update it anymore. Promise I'm suing for all the missed work because of this company

I love the people who work here. They're super helpful and with minimal exceptions know how to help me with everything I need. Recently, however, the third parties that they use to deliver and install appliances have really let me down. I just had my fourth appointment for a dishwasher delivery and install come and go without a dishwasher having been installed. This time they didn't call me to let me know they were going to miss the appointment. What's worse is that they can't even cancel my order since the delivery people left my order in a bad status. This is no way to do business, and it's been going on like this for three weeks now. This isn't OK, and I won't be back to this Best Buy for appliances, even though their people are incredible.

Associates are absolutely clueless. I came in looking for an S pen for my laptop, I should've known the associate didn't know much when he initially tried to sell me a pen that I knew wouldn't be compatible. I pulled up the kind of laptop I had on my phone and said I need the pen that goes with this laptop, he looks up on his little tablet thing some stuff and says that the pen is out of stock but we can order it and ship it to your home. I receive the pen and cannot connect it, I initially think it's my fault and try to get a few people to help. I find out that the associate ordered a stylus pen for the S21 phone and not for my laptop that I told him specifically what it was. Now I've been informed by Best Buy that it is too late to return and now I'm stuck with a useless pen that cost me $50.00 F***ing crooks.

I had the worst experience with trying to have an oven delivered. Every time I called I got the run around. It took 21/2 weeks, but was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. The only good part about the whole thing was the delivery men were very nice and helpful.

Came in today for a car stereo, Tom was super helpful!! He greeted us and made our transaction quick. He also almost fell down the ladder trying to help us. We felt so bad. But Tom was great!

Best Buy has the worst customer service I had ever experienced they sell you coverage insurance and when you had to used it you find out that what they said it was sold and what you buy is not the same and when you open a claim is hell to get you issue resolve I will not buy any of the insurance and product support services buy geek squad

We read the last couple reviews and were very worried going to pick up our items 30 minutes before closing. We needn't have worried... We clicked on the link in the text and our items were in our car literally TWO minutes later. And the guy was personable with a smile...bonus! Thank you!
