The situation worsened because of her unfriendly facial expression and tone. She looked at me as if I were a criminal trying to use a coupon to purchase something. The coupon didn't work as intended. When I approached customer service for assistance, they were unable to help. I understand issues happen, it's important not to speak to customers in that manner, I spent $80 for what turned out to be a disappointing service. The customer service representative, a white female aged 45-50 wearing glasses.

Staff: Have some respect towards women and children.I came into Home Depot with my baby to buy items for my household. This is how the staff was treating the changing table. As storage for their work items and paper towels for all guests to touch.Changing tables are meant to be a clean and safe place for babies to be changed. Not a dumping station for the staff and a catch all for bathroom items.Disrespectful and disappointing.

I love Home Depot. I only go there when I need home improvement items. I only go there when I know they are the only ones that "might" have it.Unfortunately, I gave them 3 stars because getting help from an associate is almost impossible. When you finally do get their attention; they have no idea what I am looking for. A few times they've told Me! To go to Lowe's instead of helping.It took almost an hour for Me! To find the lightbulb I needed. The associate that did finally help had no idea what type of bulb I needed. It was an oven light. After 10 minutes of looking, he gave up and said they didn't carry it. They did, I found it.

I went here for a paint sample and have been painting rooms for 20 years. I had my son with me and he had me distracted but the guy in the paint section took advantage of that and used the most expensive paint to give me. I used it and then went to get it color matched and it was ridiculously priced. I tried going down to a cheaper base but it changed the color completely. Now I am in a situation where I have to spend an arm and a leg on paint for a room that will be repainted in another color in several years. Its pathetic that you don’t ask your customer what they want their color mixed in and you need to do better.

The Home Depot and the staff at this location are EXCELLENT!! The problem is the policies of Home Depot. I purchased a Samsung Microwave from this location for a my home in NYC. I was charged a delivery fee of $59.00, which I had no option. I was not allowed to pick the item up from the store to avoid this fee. The item was delivered as promised. When the item was opened to be insalled it was discovered to be damaged. Policy by Home Depot, must be returned within 48 hours. I spent $410.22 for a Samsung Microwave I cannot use this item!! I am basically being told, hey you purchase, we take your hard earned money and if anything goes wrong, work it out for yourself!! Your time and money are not of value. You as a customer, are not of value. I am writing this review as I am being put on long extended holds and several transfers. I have been on the phone for a hour and still running. DO NOT GO INTO A HOME DEPOT. DOES NOT MATTER WHERE IT IS. THIS COMPANIES POLICIES ARE NOT FOR CONSUMER!! FYI THEY ALSO OWN LOWES!!!

Russell was very helpful. It took less than 2 minutes for him to answer my question and show me what isle to look in and exactly where it was. I was very grateful for his help because I was able to get in and out with exactly what I was looking for promptly.

I visit this Home Depot as an alternative to the one I go to more frequently. This location is usually pretty clean, the staff interactions are good and stock is usually neat on the shelves.The only minor thing is the layout if this store is a bit weird. Not sure if it is an older design, but just different than most others.

THIS store and the phenomenal employees under the adept leadership of Brian Czajkowski, is my ABSOLUTE favorite big box Home improvement store! Brian is the best assistant store manager I have ever met! He is attentive, conscientious, extraordinarily kind, and has a sunny personality to match his thoughtfulness to customers. Not only does he painstakingly take the time to make certain that you know where everything is at in the store, he provides invaluable assistance in finding other Home Depot stores online that may be of assistance, out of the area. Today I was SO grateful for the superior service I received from the entrance to the check out I became overwhelmed with positive emotions..... Sherry, Latisha, Peter along with Brian totally made my trip there astonishing because of their generous good natured personas, and attentiveness to details. Thank you Home Depot for making the visit the highlight of my week! These guys are super star employees!! Wish every HD had a caring cadre of team members like Fairless Hills, Pa.!

I'm giving home depot this 5star because of Mr Russel Pellizzeri who work at the homedepot in fairless hills pa he stop to answer my question assure me I picked the right item i really appreciate that some workers see you getting ready to ask them a question and they either say I dont work in that section . I will say though the guy who worked the paint area didn't want to help me I couldn't reach for the sample paper strips and he talking like I'm slow saying all you got to do is reach to the left I said well can you come get it for me. (Due to me having back and rib pain) I couldn't really scratch to get it eventual I did this same man was not at his post at first so I know he can step away to help this area was right near where he should have been he was rude in helping me select paint I just took a sample paint and left. This was on Nov 16 2023 . Thanks Mr Russell pellizzert for being patience and kind to me. home depot need to hire more people like you may your holidays be bless.

Customer service is rude.I brought tools for husband as a gift and threw away receipt. Box wasnt even opened.on the website it says no receipt needed. They opened the box,took everything out,scanned my id and than said no we dont except because no receipt!! What am i suppose to do with open damaged box now??!!
