Booked a reservation at least 4 months in advance for the month of July for a great price, and got a phone call less then a week before pickup date that they won't have a car for me and they are canceling my reservation, and they didn't make an effort to arrange a car from a different location even though there was still time for that since it was a few days before pickup date, and when I offered them that I will came with a 1 way rental from another location they told me that they don't allow that (still not sure the reason for that).
BTW there were still available cars at this location on the Hertz website, lol a classic Hertz story.
And when I asked tham for an alternative since I was probably the first to book for that date they told me at that thay can't help me, and at that time all other locations were very expensive or were sold out.
What a shame for a rental company to do this, at least they called me in advance to cancel and not arrive that day to such a disappointment so they deserve 1 Star.

BEWARE worst ever car rental place i have ever been, totally unprofessional, they CAN NOT hold reservations, rude and derogatory...NO STARS, luckily i found a more professional car rental after i left..I will never return or recommend my friends, coworkers, or clients to this place..

Just TRASH this place have become the worse night mare you can have with the bad services from those employees and the attitude, the extra fees and no help, dirty cars you name it had it all, and don't post try to reach to us you are doing NOTHING ABOUT IT, go away do not rent from this place

I had the most horrible experience at this place. The customer service is a complete joke. One staff member, in particular, had an incredibly bad attitude towards clients, making the entire experience even worse. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was shocking. I would strongly advise against using their services. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I frequently used Hertz, generally the Hertz in Lawrence, and their service is outstanding. However the hertz on Lincoln Highway in Fairless Hills is terrible!!!! I made a reservation a week ago, for a midsize vehicle, I DID not want an electric vehicle, that is way I DID NOT reserve an electric vehicle. My pick up time was 11am. I arrived and it was really busy, the 2 young ladies were helping other customers, I did not want to be rude so I patiently waited. Rather than the young ladies asking if anyone has a reservation they asked who is next. I mentioned that I had a reservation and that seemed to go out the window. It wasn't until a young man who asked to pick up a car that he would need for 2 weeks stated that " I don't have a reservation" that I realized that they were taking care of customers who didn't have a reservation. One of the young ladies then called me up to help. It was 11:34 she then proceeds to tell me that they have an electric car for me. The sad part to all of this was the car that I reserved was given to someone who DID NOT have a reservation!!!

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1. This place has become absolutely trash. Not only did they give me a filthy car, but they also tried to overcharge me for 2 extra days I did not use the car. On top of that, I used my EZ Pass and they charged me $3 for a $1 toll, plus a $10 fee for a $1 toll. I had my EZ Pass charged for the same toll, and they told me I can't use my own. Are you kidding me? This is ridiculous. I will NEVER use this place again. The car they provided was so dirty that I had to use covers, and they refused to exchange it for another one. The person I dealt with had no customer service skills at all.

I recently had the displeasure of renting from this sad excuse of a rental car company. It was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. First off, the customer service was shockingly rude and unhelpful. When I called to try to modify my reservation because this location was closed, even though they have on their website that you can pick up the car at 5pm…then you arrive during your reservation time and the doors are locked. Also called 15 minutes before to confirm and nobody answered the phone, but when we arrived, there were workers inside the building. The representative seemed bothered by my questions and provided vague, uninformative answers then hung up on me. Overall, my experience with Hertz was a disaster. From the abysmal customer service to the unprofessional employees, I would strongly advise anyone against renting from this company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere for your rental needs. Too bad I had to give them 1 star, if I could put 0 I would.

Wow so where do I begin with this one. So as a customer I booked a car rental online for 5 P.M. I called the location around 4:45 to tell whoever was working that we would be arriving at about 5 o’clock for my car rental but regretfully I assume no one was home to answer the phone. I got to the Hertz to find out that the location closes at 5 o’clock which infuriated me because I was leaving hours later to travel down south and I arrived to the location at 5:01 P.M. I called Hertz customer service to see what they could do to help me with the problem that I was in. So I spoke to a representative and told her that I made the reservation for a car rental online for 5 o’clock and when I got there it was closed and wanted to see if there was anything they could do for me because of that situation. The rep told me that all the locations close at 5 other than the airport locations. I asked her that if the Hertz closes at 5 why would they have it so I’m allowed to place my rental for 5? She proceeded to tell me “What do you want me to do about it?” Which really made me angry. So responded “respectfully I do not work for Hertz, I do not know what time they open or close. I called prior to my arrival but no one answered and let the phone ring. How is that my fault as a customer?” Then she disrespectfully hung up the phone one me. I can tell you that if you want to feel satisfied about your car rental I urge you to shop elsewhere. Maybe I would recommend hertz to my worst enemy but I certainly wouldn’t recommend Hertz to people I like.

I rented a car a couple weekends ago. When I got to the hotel the next morning I noticed the tire had a bubble in it. I called the office and they told me that I had to pay to get the tire replaced because they didn't know whether or not I caused it. I told him there's no way I could cause a bubble and it was unsafe to drive what was I supposed to do because I was 3 hours from home. They said again there's nothing they can do that I had to pay to get a new tire period,they also told me there was not another Hertz nearby and that I should just drive carefully and slowly home so instead of a 3-hour drive it took me double because I had to drive slow in case the tire burst. After I returned the car I called them the next day and they admitted that the pictures that they took when I rented the car showed the bubble in the tire. When I told the manager that the woman told me to be careful and drive it home he said no one would ever tell you to do that. I called corporate no one ever called me back, the manager at the location never offered anything, and my vacation was basically ruined because I was afraid to drive the car anywhere.Never again!

Please I beg you all stay away from this location!!! Most rudest people to deal with!! Was planning a road trip came all the way from Delaware. I called them up right before getting there . And they simply said sorry we canceled all reservations this week . Good bye . No one to talk to rude as hell!!
