They are only getting 1 star so I can leave a review please do not go here I took my children’s christening gown to be dry clean and boxed I checked it and they destroyed they put blue ink all over never got the milk stain out at the top the pearls and diamonds was off I literary felt like crying please do not go here and the lady is rude not one bit customer friendly accused my 13 year old sister of someone else that had a bad experience here also

I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They did a horrible job hemming my daughter’s communion dress. I’m in shock that they would even give this to a customer like this. It’s truly unbelievable. I have less than a week until the event and now I have a bigger problem than when I started.

I've been coming to this particular dry cleaners for as long as I can remember. I've had everything from ballgown alterations to getting my husband's dress blues altered and cleaned. They even made my old rocking chair cushions look like new after continuous abuse from my toddler. The owners treat me with respect and love my children. They are very hardworking and should be treated with the utmost respect.

I have been coming here my whole life. My alterations lady for all my weddings were not available and I dropped off a bridesmaid dress to be altered here. While was standing in the dress and the guy was taking my measurements I asked him how much it was and he told me $35. I asked him how much it was when I picked up and he told me $104.00. He should have told me they were charging me FOUR times the amount. The alterations were more than the dress itself. I am NOT a Karen but I don't want someone else to go through the same thing I did. This is 100% not ok to do to a customer.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR UGGS TO BE CLEANED HERE! This is what I got back from an almost new pair! Wore four times before they got cleaned and they gave me a pair that looks like they dipped the whole boot in water. They have bald spots throughout the boot told me come back after a month they didnt do anything but put black dye over bald spots so annoyed and frustrated cant believe them.

My husband and I love this dry cleaners. We have been coming here for years. My husband is a Marine and will only bring his uniforms here for alterations and cleanings because they're the only ones that know how to stitch them correctly. The same goes for my ball gowns. I have never gone anywhere else for alterations. They work in a timely manner (sometimes even faster if we're in a dire need) and never mess up. Thank you! Fyi, we live in Delco and still drive the distance. What does that tell you?

This was my first and last visit to Greenwood Cleaners. The young lady working had zero customer service skills. I tried to explained what I needed and she kept asking for my number. She held up my coat and said there is hair on this. I replied that's why I am here to get it cleaned. I showed her a soiled spot on one of the coats and explained it was milk. She looked over two coats and one small dress. She said it will be $51 to clean the three items. I could not believe she was trying to charge me $51 to clean the three items. I told her I will not be paying her $51 to clean three Items. She said you don't want this cleaned? I replied not here and took my stuff and left the store. I went to a dry cleaner up the street and only paid $10 for the two coats and one small dress. I will not be going to Greenwood Cleaner again.

I went to Pennsylvania to attend the wedding of my friend. And I asked this cleaners to do a quick alterations for me and dry cleaning and they did for me and they did an EXCELLENT job! ? If I come back again. I definitely come back in this cleaners. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much!
