I’ve taken my computer for them to fix 3 times and I still keep having the same issues they don’t actually check the problems they just plug it in and if it turns on then they say it’s fixed. DONT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP ITS A WASTE OF MONEY THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING

No issues with laptop after they fixed it. They even helped me to figure out how to keep it from happening again! Very qualified and I would go to them for any electronic needs. Thank u for fixing my daughter's brand new $2000 laptop!!! That could've been horribly expensive!!!

Thank GOD for GEEK squad. My MacBook Air wasn’t starting up and had quite a few issues going on and I couldn’t figure out what was going on with it and neither could anyone else that tried to help me so I reached out to Geek squad and they had me drop it off to them to have a look at it and two days later they reached out to me to let me know it was fixed operating properly and they even updated the software for me. I definitely appreciate the service they provide.

I like this location slightly better than others. I can usually find what I want in stock same day pick up. I usually don't ask for help but they're definitely some very knowledgeable associates.

I had a great experience with Geek Squad!! They were very professional and extremely helpful. They took care of my problem and charged a very reasonable price for their services. I would definitely recommend their services!!! They are the best.

Great experience. Had the misfortune to open what appeared to be a known picture file as soon as clicked on the 'continue icon', my computer froze and the ransomeware took over. That's when I called the Geek Squad for help. They were pleasant, understanding and started to immediately work remotely to solve my computer problem. After a solid hour and a half they cleared my computer of all files and program's of the ransomeware and other websites that were creating problems and I didn't lose anything. I cannot describe how relieved I was to regain control of my computer and how well it ran.Great job and well done Geek Squad. I am so happy that I purchased their Tech service contract, this one incident made the investment worth every penny. I'm a believer in their work and very satisfied. I hope anyone reading this and has a similar problem uses them to remove their particular problem from their computer. ?

I bought my son a tv on 12/9/22 or Christmas...they guaranteed delivery on Christmas Eve...I called in the morning and was told delivery between 10:00 to 2:00 pm.Waited no delivery called back at 2:30.. was on hold for an hour before I even talked to someone... I was told the tv is out of stock and delivery would have to be rescheduled . Needless to say Christmas was ruined and they acted like it was no big deal! I was fuming!! I definitely do not recommend this Best Buy.

I was in a session for 2 and a half hrs trying to get an update to download with Geek Squad, to which they decided to run multiple malicious software tests and that is ALL they did. after all of my trouble all day getting everything downloaded EXCEPT for one update that was giving me issues (my reason for calling) the gentleman 1) hung up on me and 2) didn't even fix the problem and ended the session...
now I sit with an unresolved problem and aggravation. Do better.

Spent $3000 on TVs , Sound Bars , delivery and installation the first week of July 2022. The Geeks we paid extra to deliver and install . They partially finish the first day . They were suppose to come out the next week ( appoints verified ) to finish the job . They were a no show . Went into the store to get a confirmation on a new appointment. Each appointment gets canceled by email . They now want us to wait 6 weeks before they finished their install . The staff in the store has been great . It's the behind the scenes geek squad schedulers . I recommend not buying anything from Best Buy . Hire a private company ( a surround sound theatre business) to buy ur TVs and installation. Also don't waste ur money on Geek Squad support , on the phone they don't know a thing .

They were very helpful and got all my info off my laptop when it failed to update and got stuck. Tony was the one who fixed my laptop and he even managed to save the rubber feet on the bottom of my laptop without breaking them. (Apparently not an easy thing) THANK YOU!!!

Completely Incompetent!!!! Not one tech there knew what they were doing when it comes to fixing an I Phone! The back of the phone was shattered so they ordered the piece they needed which was basically a brand new phone but never replaced the front screen, so the back and the insides are brand new but still the same front screen, but whatever, there is nothing wrong with the front screen. They forgot to put the SIM card back in my daughters phone and when we called them about it, they had no idea where it was! My husband took the phone back to them and they had no idea how to fix it! Since the phone was still not working my husband has to tell them that it probably needed to be activated since it was a brand new phone??\u200d♀️ And they thought they were doing us a favor by giving us a new free SIM card….they forget to put the old one back in but they were doing us a favor by giving us a new one…..seriously?!?!?! I will buy a brand new phone before taking it back to them if it ever needs to be fixed again!!! Save yourself a trip and money…..don’t use Geek Squad!!

Beware of using the Geek Squad service from Best Buy Fairless Hills. After using their services to tune up my system yesterday, all my credit cards were used to make unauthorized purchases. Total Tech is a TOTAL NIGHTMARE!

I love the people who work here. They're super helpful and with minimal exceptions know how to help me with everything I need. Recently, however, the third parties that they use to deliver and install appliances have really let me down. I just had my fourth appointment for a dishwasher delivery and install come and go without a dishwasher having been installed. This time they didn't call me to let me know they were going to miss the appointment. What's worse is that they can't even cancel my order since the delivery people left my order in a bad status. This is no way to do business, and it's been going on like this for three weeks now. This isn't OK, and I won't be back to this Best Buy for appliances, even though their people are incredible.
