Rented a car in advance for a trip to Harrisburg. Was able to have my sister drop me off before she had to go to work. Talked to a really nice gentleman about the car. I signed for the it and when I went to pay he said they don't take debit cards. I told him I have used it as a credit card and I don't even have a credit card. He told me unfortunately I wouldn't be able to rent the SUV and he could give me a smaller option with the debit card. Why would I want a smaller option? I had this car reserved for a trip and now it threw my entire day off. I mean I understand you can't trust people but why wouldn't they have it posted or signs. The gentleman that was helping me even said they have it on their website but it's posted really small and he wishes it was bigger for people to see. I called my mom and she said she could get dropped off and I could have used her credit card but she doesn't drive so they wouldn't do that either. My aunt offered her SUV to take for the trip. I would not recommend unless you ask questions beforehand. The guy in the back, I think his name was Sean was not nice at all. Listening to this guy talk to his employees makes me sick. He was extremely arrogant. I will never be going back there. The only reason I'd give them 2 stars is because the guy Tyler was nice and tried to help me.

Chrysler van rentals are sometimes difficult to schedule, as they are popular. This time, I was able to get a new van with the plug-in hybrid option. As this is a vehicle I’ve considered buying at some point, I appreciated being able to drive it. Fairless Hills staff made the rental and return easy.

nightmare. I don't recommend them. I returned the car early and they charged me for 2 additional days. Left the car and keys inside the car following customer service instructions. I think they do this frequently. I read it in other customer comments. I think I'll make a video on social media to alert other customers.It is hardly credible that a car rental company does not have copies of its car keys. I only complied with the telephone instructions I received from enterprise customer service: they said "leave the car in front of the store with the keys inside and lock it, they will see the security camera and know that you returned the car"

Had to have a rental car because someone hit my parked car. A week later someone hits me. Like, pulled out and hit me. Car almost tipped over (Chevy spark) and I had injuries. Like- the other car messed me and the car up.Before I even called my insurance company I called the main number for Enterprise (it was the Sunday before Labor Day). Woman on the phone was very nice and understanding. A few days later I get a call from this location- guy was extremely rude even tho I explained to him what happened and that I called the main number first. He didn’t even ask if I was ok, and pretty much acted like the accident was my fault (insurance determined it was not). Would never go here again. 2/10

Not recommended locations at all, the manager is not helpful at all. I was driving from NJ to pickup the rental car, always interprise has spots for renters own cars, but she refused that I can leave my car in their backspace although they got many empty spots, and I was struggling to find a parking spot on that area. She recommended that I can leave it at Sherwin Willam across the higway, which I did by taking the risk and walked across the highway back to interprise to get the renter car.I was lucky that my car was not towed away. Give yourvself a great favor and never go to that place.

We were customers from 2015 and used rented from other locations.Second location my husbandand i visited in August 2023 for an insurance rental. Every staff member went beyond the call of duty to provide us with excellent customer service. During that period we return 4 times and recieved the same professional services". ecostumer

Rental process was good and partly paid by my car insurance. Enterprise just charged me $7.55 for a toll on the 295 bridge. I had my own ezpass but I guess it missed it. But why $7.55? The toll is at most $3. Not good. I started to dispute it but the process is lengthy and unlikely to be successful. I'm not going to stay on the phone for hours.

The staff at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania is excellent. They have always been extremely excellent each time I've rented a vehicle from that location. This past time, the midsize car I was supposed to get was unfortunately not returned yet. They fixed the problem very quickly and I was out of the office and on the road within 10 minutes. Can't complain about that.

I have used the location on Lincoln hwy business rt 1 multiple times and always got a good service never a bad experience everyone that I've dealt with at this location have been very helpful and pleasant very professional ????
