Great clothing for taller guys nice selection and you can even find stuff on sale. The staff is always kind and courteous and if there's ever a return needed they don't blink twice they just give great customer service

BYE BYE DXL. Went to the store recently, spent - - I think just shy of $500. The texts and emails don't stop. Dumb people armed with a CRM have little clue how to use it and frankly, the offers in-store are not compelling. So. unsubscribe it is. Will find a new source. In fairness - the store was laid out well and nice and cool and selection is good. Female staffer scrolled her phone. Male staffer at least greeted me and asked if I needed help.

One of the best experiences I've had as a consumer. Attendent was attentive, knowledge about products and brands, and extremely helpful without that pushy buy something feeling you get when your undecive about a purchase. I came in for a quickdry water shirt and ended up buying a clearance tshirt just because he was so relatable. Kudos

Had an issue with an order that could not be located by UPS, at no fault of DXL but I needed the items quickly. The customer service representative was nothing short of amazing and shipped another
order next day to insure I had the items for a graduation I attended out of state. Huge help and was grateful for such an amazing associate!

I was a little disappointed that the store did not have a selection of colors for the pants I wanted to purchase in either Harbor Bay or Oak Hill.

Great experience! Store was clean, display’s were very attractive and would catch your eye, easy to find what you’re looking for, but above all is the service. Every time we go there, the service is outstanding! They try to help in anyway possible and offer suggestions! This is an exceptional store experience! I really mean every word. Keep up the good work!
