You all really know how to screw up someone's life. I never in a million years had to go through what I am going through. I only had the car 7 months and was only able to drive it for 3 1/2 months. Granted I know it is a used car but 3 months after having it the car stalled and broke down. Took it to them they said they didn't see anything days later it did it again and now I had to drive it as is so they can see what is wrong with it. 2 weeks later they couldn't fixed the problem so they sent it to ford. 3 weeks laters I allowed a loaner from Ford for 21 days . I got my car back a month later guess what happened it stalled again. Called Peruzzi and was told get it towed back to ford. So I did now ford is fixing the same pro again. Now here is the catch after that I went back to Peruzzi in person to talk to a manager. So as I sit their in tears because now something else is wrong and I have to pay for it. So the manager called service and got my car towed to Peruzzi. I thought they were going to fix the problem but instead saying I had to come up with 1400 . So now I am furious because there is no way this car wasn't inspected right. Oh it's definitely more because the manager asked my friend do he has good credit and if he does he can co sign for me to get a brand new car. Granted I had walked out by than. So I go back and read all the reviews and see everybody is happy with new cars and not many with used cars. I'm to the point of seeking a lawyer or something because this isn't right. So many different stories and not communicating as a business is terrible . Yes I could name names but if they are reading this they know exactly what I'm talking about. I just pray things get better that's all I want It would no tlet me put no stars so here is 1

Good company, just a bad sales person (Elijah Harris) with amazing disappearing skills. I was eager to buy a car because a bad temporary financial position. PERUZZI MITSUBISHI advertised CREDIT BUILDER PROGRAM, GET PRE-APPROVED NOW FROM $0 DOWN!I was worried at first but Elijah assured me that 95 (plus) percent of buyers get approved. He was always difficult to reach an never returned a call after saying he would call back in 4 minutes.Finally after a week or two I called once again and some woman came to the phone stating that Elijah was busy and that I would have to come up with 1500 dollars to cover taxes on the car and quickly hung up.The next day I was approved for a car from another dealer with a cosigner attached, which Elijah didn't even bother asking. I felt turned off by him and simply won't deal with him again

You have to come here!!! I absolutely loved my experience. I went in looking for a used car with less miles and a 3 row seating!! I expressed my needs to Darvin Lima!! He literally took my information ran it through and got me approved for a brand new car!! NEW CAR!!! I am still in disbelief. He is very easy to talk to and answered so many questions I had and has patience out this world! He is amazing and very handsome too! I give props where it's due! LOL I love my brand new 2023 Mistubishi Outlander! Not just me but my kids too! Thank you so much Darvin! You are amazing at what you do! I also want to add that the manager Tammy is amazing too!! She's so kind and understanding and she is very relatable and willing to work with you if you run into a jam and she answers so many questions if you have credit history concerns!! Y'all come here I promise you, you will not be disappointed!!

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Tammy LaRue. She was a huge help and made my decision so much easier. She was so kind and really did a great job explaining the whole process. I also brought a friend with and she took us to every lot to try to figure out what kind of car would work best for her.

And I want to say thankyou to Darvin the sales person for having so much knowledge about the Mitsubishi vehicles and being very professional. Tammy LaRue is the most disgraceful sales manager I've ever met. She is extremely passive aggressive and has made my car buying experience at peruzzi the worst experience ever. Now I have to hire a lawyer to get peruzzi to submit my title transfer and registration paperwork as their playing games after I told them upfront that my trade in vehicle was missing parts and that it didn't run. When I asked when I was signing the paperwork if it mattered that we kept the parts we recently paid for she said no problem. Then when the tow truck came, she called me freaking out that the catalytic converter was missing and the car had lost its trade in value and that I had to pay 200$ for a catalytic converter that shed never even seen to say what it was worth. But I agreed to make payments on the 200$ and I'd call in on my paydays to pay. When I only made a 15$ payment to the general manager she called me 3 days later harassing me saying the payment was holding up my registration and that if I didn't make at least a 50$ payment today she'd have to take me to court. She could've dealt with the salvage yard and put my registration thru allowing me to continue to make payments. Instead she called me deceptive and that she never said that'd shed never tell me we could keep parts that were already off the car that she thought I meant belongings. Like she's an idiot if she thought I didn't know that I could have my belongings.We were up front about the car not running and that it was missing parts since we had it apart working on it as my husband is a mechanic. I have since talked to a tags place to see if I could get an extension on the temp registration and they said i need a lawyer because what peruzzi is doing is wrong and shouldve been handled differently. So because tammy basically hung on me when she said how much do you want to pay today or do you want to go to court and i said well i guess take me to court because i cant meet your ridiculous demands i now have no idea whats gonna happen when my registration runs out but i guess the lawyer i just had to waste time hiring will figure it out. Tammy couldve worked something out more professionally but instead she called names insinuated i was at fault wasnt faithful to allowing me to make payments for something i shouldnt have had to make payments on to begin with and left me clueless as to the state of the registration

my husband and I had an incredible experience at Peruzzi thanks to Dan and Tammy! amazing customer service, very personable and trustworthy. we happily drove off in a brand new 2023 Outlander.

New customer here, traveled all the way from NJ. Haven't had my vehicle for more than a week yet, but so far, so good. From what I've been told, the credit building program will be a great way to get into the car I want. I do, however, plan on gifting this vehicle to my mother once all payments are completed. Can someone tell me a few things. 1. Can you pay extra payments during this program to pay off sooner and 2. If I would be able to get another car with a cash down-payment once all payments are made and keep the car as well? I expect to be a lifetime customer if everything works out with this vehicle as my guy Dan and the manager were great when i finally made it into the location. Will provide an update in a month on the vehicle.Update less than 24 hours after initial review on 5/23/23. So here we go, not even a full week with this car and check engine light has magically appeared. Now I've had a few cars in the past and it feels like it needs new spark plugs because it's sluggish on gas and I felt a j*** which isn't a big deal but let's hope that's all and pray I don't need to replace any coils. Simple repair less than $100 by an honest, good mechanic. Pray for me.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Dan was very thorough and knowledgeable. I was looking for a pre owned vehicle on the lot. I was looking for a car with low mileage and had my type of interest in vehicles. I was placed in the perfect car. My sales consultant handled me very well. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles there, kind and knew just what I wanted based on my interests. I walked out happily and appreciate the great customer service.

Man oh man, I had an emergency where I needed to get a car and they were so great! I dealt with Lenny and Alex throughout the day over text and phone. Went in later that night after approval and it was such a smooth experience. They answered all our questions. They took the time to find any possible solution they could. 100% would recommend them to anyone who needs a car.

Awesome team. We bought our second SUV from this team and both times had a great experience. The team seems like they are really invested in taking care of the customer and making a deal happen. They were professional, kind, and patient.Their team(shout out to Darvin, Tammy, & Amar) is far superior to other dealerships and would make me consider Mitsubishi over other brands and cars, just to continue working with this caliber of team. Highly recommend.

Love my car. Great experience buying a vehicle with very wonderful people that made the experience worth it. I got the car i wanted because they got me the rate and payment I needed to say yes. They are the financing greats and they put the extra time and effort going above and beyond. They didn’t have to. Worth the wait. Don’t go anywhere else if you want the best financing!
