Solid team in that tire shop. They make sure the work is done right and if there’s a problem they always work and figure it out. No one gives those guys enough credit though. But that’s a conversation for another time. I don’t mind waiting for propane when they actually have a car on the lift and are working. I think they are doing the best they can

Arrived first thing in the morning to get propane refilled. Employee decided to change four tires before he could fill up our propane tanks. 15 minutes turned into 20 minutes. Very unprofessional, being demanding what I should do with the propane tanks. Rude and inconsiderate, chose leaving us waiting out in the cold just so he could finish a car versus taking a few minutes to fill our propane. There should also have been more workers, that surely would have helped. Decided to go right across the street to Home Depot:-) no rude no argument no unprofessionalism. I will not be going to BJs again. I'll pay the extra few bucks to not deal with the incompetent ignorant tire changer.

Mike and his team were so great and easy to deal with! Got a great deal on tires for my Nissan Pathfinder and got to deal with kind, patient people who took care of my needs and answered ALL my questions. Mike took the time to explain the warranty for my tires and answer the questions I had about that. If you’re looking for tires - stop here. I ordered them online and went in for install. Simple process start to finish and the techs couldn’t have been better!

Order tires online, went to change them the dude said he can't change them, because he can't get the lugs off, because the socket doesn't fit, because the lugs are swollen, since when does metal slugs swell... the socket was a tight fit. He said he would damage them lugs, I think he was just lazy and did not feel like doing the work.

I went and got a new set of tires and there ended up being an issue with my car. When i asked about it, the guy helping me (jason)was very understanding and helped get me thru to someone who could help fix the problem. Than Instead of making it an uncomfortable situation, the general manger tony was very helpful and offered to have it fixed for me on their dime. Very painless and simple.

Excellent service. The delivery of my tire was delayed (which wasn't the fault of the tire center). They called to let me know, and offered to either give me a different tire with the same specs or to reschedule my appointment for when the tire came in. I opted to reschedule for 5pm a couple of days later. On the day of, I was told I was welcome to come in earlier if I'd like. I called them when I got out of work (at around 2pm), asked what earlier times they had available, and the guy told me to come on in. I arrived 45 minutes later, checked in, and my car was taken into the shop immediately. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional, and another plus is that you can watch them work on your car through the window if you'd like. I recommend BJs tire center, and I will absolutely go there again in the future.

I bought 4 tires in 2/2020. I have a bubble in one tire and need a replacement. Wait time: 5 to 7 business days then an appointment. The store is advertising the tires on line.No car for 10 days.

A rough ride from start to finish, honestly. I ordered tires online on 9/20 and set up an appointment for 9/28. Online, I was advised that there would be two-day shipping for the tires. It did not specify where the tires would be shipped to, but it only logically made sense that they would be going to the tire center, where they would be installed. Fast forward to 9/28, when I arrive for my appointment at 9:15 a.m. I tell the technician that I will be inside the store shopping for some items. About an hour or so later I come back to the tire center, and I am informed that they are looking for the tires in the back. Close to another hour goes by and then I am told that they do not actually have the tires that I ordered in the store today. I log back into my online account. Somehow, it says both that the tire order was completed (and upon much deeper inspection and searching for a tracking number), that the tires were thousands of miles away in another state, to be delivered on 10/1 by FedEx. The technician apologizes to me when we figure all of this out. However, the technician also saw that my current tires had several nails in them and offered to do absolutely nothing to help. I asked kindly if he could help possibly repair the punctures made by the nails, just so that I could get around town for the next few days without worrying about a blowout. He told me that he didn't have the time and that they'd be $40 a pop to repair, anyway. Ha! So much for customer service. I think his name was James. Either way, I left the tire center after 2 hours, almost having to cancel my birthday plans to go to Atlantic City, because I was worried about the effect the nails in my tires would have. For good measure, he also forgot to put my valve caps back on. The only redeeming quality of this place was that a different technician, I think Michael, provided a decent experience when the tires actually came in. Expectably, the experience was much better not just due to the technician, but primarily due to the fact that the tires were there now. (Mind you, about 11 days later when two-day shipping was promised.) After coming back in on 10/2, the new tires were installed and I was able to head home in less than 2 hours. Much to my surprise, there was a warranty on the tires, although only for a low 36,000 miles, which did cover future nail punctures until that point. As you can expect, after speaking to both BJ's customer service and FedEx customer service, neither of them wanted to take the blame for the error. BJ's said they'd call me back with a measly $15 coupon for all my troubles (including my birthday being ruined), but never called!

This branch is often out of sales items with days of the sale start. I have repeatedly been told that more of a popular sale item is "on the rack" or "in the cage" and can be brought down for me to pick up THE NEXT DAY! Some staff are friendly but the veteran staff tend to be short and unfriendly. It is impossible to find employees on the floor - they all congregate up front. They often do not stock any boxes for carrying purchased goods. This company mimics Costco in look but is not in the same class. I only shop here on rare occasions because of the local convenience and some items that Costco does not carry. Costco: Please buy out BJs!!!
