Long time Best Buy customer but first time at this location. Ordered a store pickup in the afternoon which was a time that was not busy at all. The counter person was rude and upset that I had a store pickup that appeared to inconvenience him despite no line or customers around. Disappointing rude customer service.

I had an online order. Arrived at 8:07 pm on a Saturday night. While I understand I had arrived after hours, it was an online order. Everything was bought for. I approached the door in hopes someone would help me as it is a rather quick thing. I was told it was not possible to do as they have closed and the system was already shut down. However, I watched 5 people just leave the store with their items, so the system could have not just been shut down. I have been coming to this site because of their helpful employees, but lately no one seems to want to help. I am basing the last comment due to other events that have occurred at this store after COVID, not just based on this encounter alone

The online Best Buy geek squad is horrible. The service was horrible. The guy started singing to me on online as we was holding for a manager. I called three times and stayed on the phone each time for one hour and no service was done. Terrible service ever.

Expensive as with everything, especially in langhorne where all the rich people live, and no sales representative seem to want to help me find anything., the clerk at the cashier was a snotty nose 30ish year old. I mean come on dude, you got a job, work it, be pleasant. If you want something a little more easy, go do masonry work build fireplaces by yourself like I do.And then when you're all old and gnarly, you would only be wishing to be in that nice little warm sheltered easy job that you have.I don't feel like a second rate citizen often, but I did in this store.

Know exactly what you want when you go in there. Store always has a bunch of employees, but getting one to help you is another story.

They gave a great selection of items and the store is well kept, but the prices are higher than other places when when they have sales. Also, I do not think their return policy on electronics makes sense. You must use what you buy often enough to determine if EVERYTHING works consistently and reliably before the return period ends. Don't buy presents in advance because if returned only a best buy gift card MAY be issued.

We purchased a TV and sound bar last November. We also purchased installation for both. When the technician arrived, he said we did not have the right mount for the soundbar so it was not installed. I requested a refund, I was told that since it was marked completed , this needed to be escalated to a phone call and we would be called within 48 hours . The call never came. We tried calling and were told via recording to go through the live chat again. Once again we were told it was marked completed and it would need to be escalated to a phone call. The call never came. We filed a dispute with our credit card, Best Buy doubled down and stated that it was installed and won the dispute. We do not have an installed soundbar so we were robbed of $69 plus tax.This is a dishonest company and people need to know this, so now you have been warned. We are also filing a report with the BBB.BUYER BEWARE!!!

Good selection. There were a few times I showed up looking for a part I was sure I'd have to order online, such as a serial port to USB adapter, and it turned out they had it in stock.
