made a google account specifically to review my experience today, went for a simple charging cord in an apple lock box. Ask 3 separate employees for help and apparently none of them have keys to help me, they all send i’ll send someone over, 15 minutes roles by with not a single employee coming offering assistance. Customer service is just lacking

The visit was in successful. Seemed understaffed. Waited over 10 minutes to be helped with a simple phone question. If it wasn't for the Samsung representative I think we would have been standing there even longer. Although it wasn't the Samsung representative job he was very helpful. Should be two stars but plus one for the Samsung representative.

When we walked in the door, they asked us we needed help. We said yes, TV's. We waited almost an hour and no one came to help. We saw 1 guy and he said he was working with another associate. Finally an associate came by and we stopped him and got our questions answered. We were just about to walk out. Terrible.
