DON’T FINANCE OR PURCHASE A CAR HERE. I had to contact an Attorney since Patrick, the finance department, doesn’t allow you to view your contract you are “signing” (he does it and tells you to lie to the finance people) and makes the cash price of the car $2K more than the original priced vehicle or even discussed. Please take your business elsewhere as they seem nice but they are conniving and scam artists.
DON’T GET SCAMMED! Good luck to anyone who attempts to use this business for a vehicle purchase.

I bought a car and my mistake was not getting an inspection before buying. Now and then the car has an issue. Very upsetting ?

Unfortunately this place is just another shady used car dealer. I almost bought a work truck there for $12k, but luckily I got it inspected before finalizing the purchase. The truck had frame damage from rust, which was glued together with Bondo and painted to hide the issue. The truck would not pass PA inspection without replacing the whole frame. If you do go here, absolutely do not buy anything without getting it inspected first.

Only giving 1 star because that's the lowest option I have.. make sure you do your research people.. I just drove 2.5 hrs 1 way to look at a car that was covered in rust and has expired inspection stickers.. obviously pictures of the car on the website doesn't include the flaws.. I don't understand how a dealership can charge FULL retail price for a car that has expired inspection stickers.. better off buying from a scrap yard than these smucks

Shameful. The guy at the front door could sell you a car. The second you have a problem, everyone shrugs their shoulders and has no idea what to do. I've called this office 20 times and have received 3 calls back, always around 5PM. Today is my 30th day in an F150. When I drove it off the lot, the right mirror fell out of its housing. That same week, my roof started leaking. The ABS module malfunctioned a week after that, which inevitably killed my battery. Finally, my alternator died two weeks later (today). To their credit and up until this point, I felt relieved because the floor manager Pat had advised me to bring the truck in and they will take care of it with their mechanic at dealer cost. That was until the owner called me today to say "what do you think at dealer cost means?" Well, I would say "at dealer cost" means "at the expense of the dealer" and "at dealer price" means "at customer's expense". He tells me they've been telling me this the entire time.
Sometimes you get lucky. Sometimes you get screwed. It is what it is and I understand that it's just business but the communication and customer service here is a nightmare. I wish somebody would have just told me when I first called about a major issue that the dealership will not take any responsibility for anything once its driven off the lot. Nobody wants to return calls and they fumble on their words, struggling to articulate any responses. I found it odd for a sales team. The customer is left to chase people down for answers and when you finally get a hold of someone, there's no critical thinking, problem solving, or initiative taken of any kind. Absolutely no autonomy without the business owner in the building and it feels like they're embarrassed to say so.
At the end of the day, ownership said to me "It should cost $80 for an alternator and another $80 to replace it. Same with the ABS module." (Bro, WHAT?) To which I protest that "I'm not asking for spinning rims here, I just need the truck to start." He said "WELP, YOU SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE WARRANTY" and said goodbye.
Joe, you're right, I should have bought the warranty. I put my trust in B & D Autos and it was misplaced. A couple mirrors? Okay. A line of silicone? Fine. I get it, I didnt get the extended warranty so the cosmetic or minor finish issues arent covered. When the life safety systems malfunction or a component that is integral for the truck to even start fails and you take no responsibility? Wild. You said "you got a 2001 truck, some things are going to go bad." And I get that. But within the 1st month? I expected the truck to start, run, drive, and brake in a manner that is consistent with the quality of the vehicles you sell at your dealership. This vehicle didn't fall out of the sky, I drove it off your lot with your name tagged on the back. I'd be embarrassed.
I took all the letters off except for the B, U, and S. Now it just says BUS because your customers obviously have to take the bus since you are unreachable and the staff isn't allowed to sneeze without permission.
