My mother was in the store on Monday Feb 12 to get a bulb for her car. A lady who came in before her asked for help finding something and he told her what aisle it was in and a few minutes later she told him she couldn’t find it and asked if he could show her. He said he isn’t a personal shopper so she left. Then my mother asked where the bulb was and he told her what aisle and she asked where and he told her the last 4 foot section and to look for the number. Needless to say she left too and went to Advanced Auto and the girl got the part for her. Since when don’t your employees show customers where things are if needed. That is very poor customer service.

Horrible experience. I came in to buy a new brake light. Had the old one in hand. I walk in and the guy at the counter asked if I needed help. I told him just need a new bulb. He was extremely rude and angry during the transaction. He said, “Come over here” so I went to where he was but that computer must not have been working so he moves down a couple and says, “Nothing ever works in this damn place.” Angrily tells me to move down to him again. I start looking at the bulb to see the numbers and he exclaims, “I’m not going to be able to see that!” I thought, I’m not asking you I was going to tell you what it said.. “Tail light? Brake light? Talking to me like I’m an idiot.. “Make model year of car,” he gripes and I say the make and before I say the model he rudely says, “Year!” I say the year and he says SL? SV? again very agitated. He then tells me the aisle and number for the light. I picked up what he said and it wasn’t the right bulb. A younger black guy walked by and he was very nice and helpful. Told him I must’ve got wrong information and he found what I needed. When I went to the register to pay a different person rung me up and I heard the guy rambling to another customer, “Does anything work in this place?” I’m not one to write negative reviews and I don’t take it personal but he was downright miserable.. Not the person you want greeting patrons.

The female on duty today around 3 pm was very helpful. When I returned 5 minutes later the older male was not helpful at all and would not help me find the part that I needed. Next time I will go elsewhere!

Normally people going into a parts store are already a bit agitated. When we come in you should be not only thankful to have a a job but make the customers visit as painless as possible. Smile for God sake no need to huff and tell us you can't do something when Iknow damn well you can... lazy ,tired having a bad day then go home we don't need your attitude we have one of our own. Thank you for I the last 2 days of retail bliss cause you'll never get another one from me.

We chose this Autozone because they advertised that you could come in and get your Battery and have it installed. We are traveling back to Florida tonight and our battery died, and we had the car jumped to get it over to Autozone, only to be met with a very disgruntled employee who basically didn’t want to work let alone install the battery. He was more concerned about telling my wife he was sick and just wanted to go home and lay with his cats then helping her. So we ended up just having to buy a battery and bringing it home to find someone else to get it installed for us. For customer service, they would get a negative 10.

Thanks to Bobby H. He helped me select the correct wiper blades for my car which was different than what the book provided and found the right rear wiper blade which was not listed in the book. He also quickly (5 minutes or less) installed them for me.

I just visited the store to replace my wiper blades and the staff named Bobby was very helpful, he showed me different options and I asked for his recommendation and he helped me pick out the best one and then he helped me put on my wiper blades and afterwards I offered him a tip and he did not accept, Thanks again for excellent customer service!!!
