Awesome group of people and absolutely delightful and very respectful every time I go get my prescriptions! It's not common nowadays most people working in the pharmacies are rude and treat people like they are a not worthy of their time and I was skeptical the first time walking in to FAIRFIELD and was very much relieved when I was greeted with smiling faces!

I have hopped around to different pharmacies lately to finally find one in my own town that is amazing! They are very quick to refill prescriptions and take care of you! Thanks for the awesome job!

It's great to have a pharmacy in our little town. That being said we keep having issues with them. They were so much better in the past. Even when given several days to get a prescription ready you always end up waiting. They give you the option to have them reach out to your doctors office to get a new script when your refills run out and never end up following through. When you go to pick up your meds they have no idea what you are talking about, never call to say they couldn't get the script re filled or to say they have it ready. Lastly they are only open on weekdays now from 9-6. If you have a job it's really hard to pick up your order because they aren't open when you aren't at work. It would be great if they put a little more effort in and stayed open later or earlier a few days a week. They used to be open Saturdays but thats gone now as well. It's a shame what has happened to this pharmacy.

Although they can a bit more expensive, they are responsive, friendly, and nearly always have meds when needed. They are also really convenient!

This pharmacy is the worst! Their communication is horrible. I have gotten in the habit of waiting a few days after my prescription is renewed to go in because it seems like they never have it ready. The past two times I have gone in, it has been a week later, and come to find out they were unable to fill the prescription because the medication didn’t come in. I got absolutely no phone call or any type of contact telling me this. So, now I’m out of my necessary medication because I need to contact the doctor and see if they would be OK with giving me a different prescription. The communication is horrendous. I have signed up for text notifications and never receive them either.

Really frustrating place. They can have your prescription a week but if you show up to get it always the same answer. It will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. They even call to say prescriptions are ready yet when you show up. It will be 15 to 20 minutes .

For a small town pharmacy, I’ve noticed some good changes. I now get a text message when my daughters prescription is ready so I don’t have to call. The guy behind the counter knows my face and immediately gets her monthly prescription. They are friendly and more helpful and I always notice everyone is working hard to get things done. Great Job:)

I'm baffled by the negative reviews. This is a small, rural pharmacy, not a big chain. They have always been extremely helpful to me and I'm happy to wait a minute or two for their service on the rare occasion that might be needed. They are an asset to the community.

Waited atleast 20 minutes just to get someone to come to the front desk. Everyone filling prescriptions and wouldn't even look at the customers waiting. And when asked if we could get someone upfront they got really rude and laughed. Time to change pharmacies.

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've never had anything but top notch service from this team.As for the 1-star review because we have to wear masks, I'm happy they won't be going to my pharmacy anymore.

Visiting liberty ski resort and my son not feeling well. Found this place and the pharmacist was so kind to chat with me to provide recommendations for over the counter medications to assist. Appreciate the kindness and excellent customer service!
