Nice staff, but they seem to have trouble either looking things up or finding my scripts. I have had to call my doctor three out of the last 5 times I've went to pick up my meds, because the pharmacists say I don't have any scripts waiting, even though I do.

Nickman's pharmacy in Fairchance Pennsylvania the woman that answered the phone I asked her one question she's like no we don't and hung up on me like a b**** and I wasn't even done talking yet rudest people I've ever talked to for a pharmacy

Most of the time they are very friendly but a few times it just seems like they feel your bothering them. Sometimes I hate going in because you get look at like your bothering them or being judged. For the most part they are friendly, just a few that seems like they don't want bothered.

Nickman's Drug has been the place where my parents have filled their prescriptions for many years. They are very good at getting your prescriptions filled accurately, and quickly and you do not have a bunch of waiting around like you do at some pharmacies. Really nice and friendly staff that cares about getting your prescriptions right and they show care and concern for your time as well!

Poor Service. After going to them my whole 42 years of life and my family you would think by now they be more professional. The front ladies are always pleasant and wonderful when you walk in especially Jamie. She goes above and beyond to help everyone. But the pharmacy they act like you owe them or your forcing them to fill your prescription and there just to tired. I mean sunday morning 10 am....wake up customers need there medication and not a aad story “ we just got here”. When they were purposely called the day before closing time and told to have them prepared. Other drug stores Do Not have an attitude. I nevet complain ...but after 42 years....it gets old.

This place is inept, they give you an option in their automated system to have them contact your Dr. when there are no refills left on the prescription, quite a few times I've used this option and given them about a week to have it, and each time they didn't have the prescription.They've claimed that they sent it over to the Dr. to be refilled but the office never sent anything over. However, today, when I got home, I contacted the Dr's office and they told me they never got anything from Nickmans, that if they had, the prescription would've been filled.They've also lost prescriptions in their system due to the failures in their automated feature. Really, what's the point of having this automated system if it's going lose prescriptions and you're not going to contact the Dr. for refills? You might as well do away with it.I'm taking my business elsewhere.
