bought a truck there. i knew what was wrong with it on test drive. took scanner with me to check it out. did paperwork, after 100 days didn't receive title for bank or owners card for tag, played phone tag with penndot, northeast title who does his courier work, and complete for 2 days till i had a answer, meanwhile running with truck with no paperwork and bank calling me for title!finally received another temporary for 30days,got paperwork and title 10 days later. recently got stopped.found out my tag doesn't exist in system!!! looked at paperwork, seems my paperwork from temp, renewal and recent paperwork shows the tag number is WRONG!!! on all the paperwork!!! now i have to jump through hoops to get it straightened out,and more money out of my pocket!!!!which i will never get back, plus the possible ticket i might receive because of it!!

We bought a mini van at complete auto that served as well for many years. Recently returned for my daughter's first car. We got a great deal, car seems to be running great 6 weeks later. It was a pleasure doing business with Chris!

So since word of mouth is the best way to get things out. We went to COMPLETE AUTO on rt. 6 in Factoryville, PA. Please beware of this booty dealer who puts sludge in the motor of his vehicles for a temporary solution to a really bad problem to get a sale. WE drove off the lot about 2 weeks ago and our vehicle overheated. We traded him a perfect running motorcycle for what should have been a decent truck. It started overheating. As we pulled out of the lot. After changing plugs, thermostat, overheating and mad antifreeze pissing out of the motor, our head gasket is going. We called to ask that he give us the extra cash we gave him which was only $400 to help us pay for this issue and he suggested we put a chemical in our motor called Blue Devil and after I read all reviews, please said it was a band-aid and in two-months and sometimes sooner, happens again. Basically, typical car dealer BS. He hung up on my husband and I multiple times after he told us how closed minded we are and dumb. Please do NOT EVER buy a car or truck from COMPLETE AUTO. He is a Scam dealer. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!!!!!!

What could I've done from complete auto to home to get the light to come on.. I've been paying on so many repairs I'm broke now. Please do not go here he will take your money and won't help

Just say no!..don't buy anything.not trust worthy sales people.called few times to verify a certain car that was advertised would be available to view and inspect and drive test before driving down from northern Wayne county and upon arrival an hour later was told the car was not there that it was sold.the sales people and owner play the bait and switch routine.wasn't shown any proof of the vehicle being sold or ever even having been on the sales lot.was shown vehicles nearly three times the price.other salesman told me the car wasnt there and that there were no sales since I had last called.the vehicles I was shown were over priced I thought and most had problems.I do not recommend this place.buyer beware!
