Went to get our registration transferred. Because there’s a plexiglass wall, my grandmother was having trouble hearing the woman behind the counter. She proceeded to SHOUT at my grandmother in an extremely rude manner, rolled her eyes, and made our family feel as if we were bothering her being there. Do not recommend. Terrible service, go elsewhere.

The worst customer service of any auto tag or notary place in the area. Strongly suggest you try a local competitor before wasting your time here

My paperwork got done but the lady was extremely rude and could honestly care less about helping my family and I.
There’s a difference between being direct and just straight up ignorant.
Snarky comments and eye rolling are definitely not necessary especially right in front of the customers.

Called this business earlier in the day to confirm they were open until 8pm which they said they were. I drove an hour from Reading area to do an auto tag transfer and arrived in the lot at 6:22pm. The door is locked up and dark inside. No note on the door or anything.

These people are incredibly unclear on what you need. I have dealt with this issue with them in the past but am dealing with it again. I have gone to them 4 times recently now and every time they say I need something different to complete a title transfer and what I brought back (as per what they told me) isn’t actually what I need. I giant waste of time and super frustrating.

My wife and I went in to this wiggins to complete a out of state title transfer, my wife needed to update her license before doing the transfer. (No Problem) We were willing to go to the DMV to get that done before transfering the title. The two ladies at the front were very rude! Before we could even finish asking a few questions about the process the lady wearing the baseball cap rudly cut me off and said "We can't do anything for you here, go to the other auto tag place down the road." Then the other lady who was wearing a pink shirt got up from her seat and began to agree with her co worker.
Both women were basically telling my wife and I to leave! These women clearly have no idea on how to speak to customers! We are shocked and appalled that this happen to us dispite the negative reviews this location already had. The two women definitely need customer service training.
We will never do business here! Beware!

Fast and to the point. Reading the one star reviews I have to go to bat for these guys. If you had the paperwork in order and satisfied all the legal stuff beforehand and didn't ask them to do anything in the grey or red area you'd likely have the same experience I did.
