The flowers were a very basic, small arrangement, at a comparatively high cost. Nothing special. I do not recommend.

So helpful and friendly. I placed the order online. Some of the flowers in the picture weren't currently available, which is totally understandable. They called me to let me know and consulted with me about other options to use. They really made sure I was happy with the choices. The flower arrangement I picked up was beautiful.

My experience with Whitford at Malvern was completely disappointing. I ordered a wrist corsage and boutonnière for a prom. First- the designer tried to guilt me out of getting a wrist corsage, by telling me, "everyone else will have handhelds (bouquets)". I told her, that's fine, the young lady who will be receiving the flowers specifically requested a wristlet. This request was even noted on my receipt/order. I paid in advance- $100 plus tax. Fast forward to the pick up date (I ordered weeks in advance). I showed up, and my order was a boutonnière- consisting of one white rose, some greenery, wrapped with blue ribbon. The rose was brown edged and spotted and the ribbon was frayed at the end. That was $25. Then I'm presented with a HAND HELD BOUQUET ( a small one at that) and was charged $75. I repeated my initial order- i ordered a wristlet. Again, I was told "she's going to be the only one with a wristlet". My reply- "that's what she wanted" the woman relented and asked if I'd come back in a half hour. I return an hour later- and they are just finishing up with the newly designed wristlet. The pink and white roses- all had brown edges and spots on them. And purple netting was used as a filler- a cheap gaudy filler at that. Also- I had requested pinks-purples and peach flowers in pastels hues in the wristlet. The wristlet was smaller than the hand held by a significant amount- but yet I was still charged $75. I understand that flowers are hard to come by due to supply issues- but this was beyond supply issues. The wristlet and boutonnière were both made with old flowers. And then made not to the order specifications. And my (second-return trip) pick up was three hours before the prom- I didn't have the luxury of having to rush around to another florist. Overpriced and poor product. The only 'apology' I got was an insincere, "sorry for the confusion". I'm making sure to let anyone I know about my experience.

The Best Quality Roses!My husband has been going to Whitford Florist for years and brings me the most beautiful roses for every Mother's Day and birthday. I should have written this review a long time ago - but today when I looked at my gorgeous lavender color roses from Mother's Day (12 days ago!) and the roses are STILL going strong - I had to take the time to compliment Whitford for their superior quality roses. By comparison, I bought my mom a dozen (albeit cheaper) roses from Produce Junction and they drooped and fell apart in 2 days. You do get what you pay for here. Their customer service is very good and they are always very helpful.

Not too happy with the product or price. When I arrived they told me that they were just finishing, when they haven’t begun my order. I waited 10 minutes for a dozen roses and the total price came to $105. Higher than most, and quality and presentation were poor at best. After being satisfied with a few orders I won’t be going back.
