My BMW Replace front brakes light came on. I took the car to Welsh Automotive for the first time since my son referred me. Austin called and said the front brakes were fine. The brake sensor was broken causing the computer error. Would other stations charged me to replace the brakes? Nice to find an honest place that fixes what needs fixing. He also gave me a $10 scratch off lottery ticket that benefits seniors?

I took my car back in for oil change and front brake replacement, that had been suggested by another garage and Welsh Automotive agreed. Unfortunately it took a second day for the brakes, they got the job done though with the right parts. And were kind enough to give me a loaner for that day. Family owned businesses STILL ROCK!

They lent me a car so I didn't have to bug somebody to take me there twice in one day. When something is worn out they replace it. Tires one year, the battery the next. I take my car to DC every month and i need to depend on it. Thanks to Welsh I always can.

These guys do great work. Reliable, communicative, fair priced, and honest. They’re true to their word when they say they’ll keep to a certain price point, but will go above and beyond to notify you of everything along the way. Making sure your car is fully ready to go before you drive off. Austin and the rest of the team really are awesome.

Just moved to the area looking for a mechanic, called two places they responded promptly the other never called me back. Brought my car in for inspection, there were a couple minor issues and one big one that was not a necessity to fix more cosmetic, but never pressured me to fix everything or try to upsell me. Will continue to go there, they were great!
