Pretty standard Wawa with the exception of Lisa, she is a gem. Others may say she’s not very helpful, obnoxious, and verbose, but I appreciate when she’s holds up the line with her oddly intrusive conversations.

Right on the Pottstown pike in the Exton area on your left while going from Exton to Chester springs. This place is super well maintained inside and out. They have food orders, subs paninis, bowls, pizza , soup , mac and cheese, etc. Nice collection of soft drinks in cold aisles to pick up and go . They have cold sandwiches for quick grab, too.

Employee Lisa is always miserable and snappy. She really needs to learn better customer service attitudes or go work at the Exton Pa walmart with all the other unpleasent people.People in back are pleasant and very helpful. This wawa does not follow pre paid pick up protocol like every other wawa. They put pre paid food behind the register area and then berate you for taking your order treating you like a child for things you already paid for. There is no sign to ask an employee for your items at register. Of course someone being there to ask would be helpful in this task.Where my items were placed is where unpaid items go.. mine clearly said paid on it.But like most wawas they don't place your items in the pre paid area like every other wawa so that you know...have the convenience of not talking to a miserable person hence the pre paid pick up option.Very unpleasant person will not come back again.Wawa can do better

Wawa is more than a convenience store; it's a culinary delight. From customizable gourmet sandwiches to an array of coffee blends, Wawa elevates the everyday experience. Their commitment to freshness, 24/7 accessibility, and friendly service create an unmatched atmosphere of indulgence and convenience. It's where quality meets convenience, making every visit a delightful adventure, theres that one racist old that thinks that your brother is stealing stuff even though he has touch anything and shut up only after see me and my group with me.

I ordered my through the Wawa app and my order was 100% correct and arrived in lease than 20 minutes. I got a milkshake, a panini, and a few grocery items and they provided a straw, utensils, and plenty of napkins. I was impressed and I would order from this Wawa again!

Please Streamline with No-meat Breakfast SandwichesToday's morning run could've been smoother. I decided to be brave and ask for a breakfast sandwich without meat. It's a low-level anxiety-indusing choice for me because I know there are a number of human factors that can go wrong when I have to ask the counter for something instead of ordering it on the tablets. The guy behind the counter was great, and I trusted him to get to it once he caught up with his other orders.I also ordered a matcha latte that was ready before my sandwich, but when I went to pick it up, the women who made it put her hand back on the cup and told me I had to pay. I'm not proud to say that after I got an "ok" when I tried telling her I was waiting for a custom egg and cheese biscuit, I turned around and sulked. Upon reflection, I could have gone up and paid for everything, but in that instant, I felt scolded and didn't know what to do. I'm writing this review now, not to point fingers, but to put in my plea for a vegetarian breakfast sandwich at the counter with all of the other meat-filled sandwiches. I'm sure I'm not the only vegetarian who chooses to pass up on the ask-the-guy-behind-the-counter option with all of it's risks; time, confusion, etc. It would improve overall user experience and eliminate the instances of customers not knowing whether to pay or wait for their simple, albeit, custom no-meat sandwiches.

My favorite Wawa..probably because it has the best (most helpful) third shift crew...specifically the sweet guy with the long red hair at the register. He always has you leaving with a smile. Jess at night is also one of my favorites, always working so hard!

One of my favorite Wawa's in the east coast. There are a few staff members that are the most friendly people you will ever meet.Other staff are also nice. Clean and welcoming place.Location is easy and parking is never too overwhelming.Food is good. Consistently good as I have probably been here in the upper hundreds and will continue to go here.

Ordered beverages, and it took almost 20 minutes to receive them. The issue was manpower. They had manpower though. The issue unfortunately was that the beverage person was Interrupted by a fellow employee to chat and to look at things on the fellow employee's phone.

This store is managed very well. They were obviously suffering an employee shortage on a busy Saturday afternoon. The staff that were there managed it very well. They we’re pumping out high quality food and the sole cashier was doing an awesome job dealing with the line. Club sandwich was excellent and sun was very good. Great job!
