Warwick was recommended to me by a friend. I went on a Saturday, however just because they are open, doesn’t mean they can help you with services. I was told to come back when a gemologist or the buyer/seller was onsite. I wasted the drive and will not be back.

Mark and Buyer - Many thanks my diamond Hamilton watch is exquisite - My husband and I are currently traveling and when we return we will bring in the watch as it has stopped keeping time - however it is a vintage piece and is to be expected. A truly fantastic store. I wished I could give them more stars.I brought a necklace in for repair. Not only did they fix the necklace within hours, there was no charge since it was considered a simple repair.The employees were all wonderful too.I highly recommend this place!

I was incredibly disappointed with Warwick, this was a shop that my family and I had used for years. I brought several watches in for repair, cleaning ect….They A) never called me and took over 3 weeks to complete everything B) Didn’t really do anything. One of my watches fell apart as I left the facility. Then to add insult to injury the employee sat on his phone and seemed annoyed when I came back in for help, I’ll never walk in that store again.

Mark at Warwick was wonderful.I recently had several visits for 3 rings & a bracelet. There were repairs, sizing & cracked stone replacement. I am so happy with their craftsmanship.! All cleaned & polished & just like new.Beautiful! ??

34 yrs old and I had to sell a ring that was left to me by my father in his will. Barry and Pat were Very helpful and really let you know they were there to help and inform. I left there very satisfied with my transaction and would recommend Warwick Jewelers to anyone looking for a smooth process with a friendly and knowledgeable staff!!

My husband brought his watch to have his band replaced. A male employee told him he will need to keep the watch overnight to replace and would call the next day when the work is done. Nothing happened on the next day. On the third day after still not hearing anything my husband drove back to ask about his watch. A female employee found it lying in a drawer with the old band still on. The male employee was still there and told my husband he never choose which band he wanted so he couldn't do the work. When my husband asked why nobody bothered to call him the guy just said "it happens" and then he made a rude comment toward my husband so he took the watch and left. We will never go back to that store again!
