Horrible customer service. Managers are lazy. Dishonest handling of returns when items are broken. Last time I shop here.

Staff was very unhelpful. I bought a gift card and in less than 5 mins realized it was for the wrong game. I went back in to return it but the staff did not let me. My mom and I went here to find a large bookshelf and lamp for my new apartment. We were very surprised with the prices of our items and found them easily.
