I used self-service. Said address not found. Then, the measure my package didn't work. I then put my item in a priority box. By then, even line to self-service was so long I had to leave. Chronically understaffed.

The staff here is great and I feel bad giving a one star, but management has never done a single thing over the years to prevent people from entering the one way the wrong way here.Every time I come here, I nearly get hit, or witness an accident because they refuse to put an actual barrier in place to prevent this.

I was quite fortunate that I arrived when I did as the hours listed in google are not correct. The hours at the door list 2pm on Sunday and Google lists 3pm but I was informed they close at 1pm. I was the last one to get service and I saw several frustrated folks who came in shortly after me. That said, the attendant was very helpful for me in getting my passport renewal documents submitted and I was in and out in ~15min.

The male clerk serving the desk (only one attendant was available) on the afternoon of 6/23/2023 needs education on customer service. He spoke extremely loudly so everybody can hear what he is saying to you and he acted like a school teacher giving a lesson to a lost student. I was mailing a parcel overseas from this center and he rudely belted out instructions. I'm an adult and I expect to be treated as such. I wasn't in the mood for an altercation so I didn't say anything but I do hope the post office attempts better customer service. He says sorry to people but it's clearly not sincere. He was telling one client he expects to get a promotion elsewhere but with attitude, I struggle to envision that. It's a nearby center but a disappointing interaction. A little basic human respect goes a long way.

Terrible customer service and reliability, ANYONE sending a package, beware, it may likely NOT get there. Mailed a package priority mail from Exton to Harrisburg, the receipt confirms Harrisburg destination. The package was re-routed to Anaheim California, and is churning and not yet returned back to PA. Avoid sending anything time-sensitive or important from this location, going forward will drive miles to another USPS to avoid this location that is very mismanaged and unreliable.

BE AWARE!!! Would give a zero if possible. This is the second time this post office lost check and money order I sent to pay bills. First time was a money order that nobody could figure out what happened or where it went , yet it was cashed, probably by someone who works there. Second was a check, which never arrived so I was able to cancel the check before someone tried to cash that. Never ever use this post office, I've gotten no help, from them just the run around, it's very shady. I'm going to try going to higher federal channels because this has to be a crime they way they run things.

I was able to get to the clerk only because people was leavings the very long waiting line. Only one clerk was working and there was no air conditioning and you will be sweating. If there is a zero star, I will be very glad to give it to this post office!!

There was no one there to help me and all I wanted to do was mail letters and it was going to charge me nine dollars for just mailing two letters so I don’t know why they have it set up like this not everything has to be automated. So I left and never coming back.

I’ve been in line for over an hour and the one person that’s working has done literally every thing except serve the 15 customers in this line. This is the WORST PLACE EVER

Horrible experience with whom I assume was the manager. *The guy all the way to the right as somebody had previously mentioned in a review* I went in today to ship out three packages. There was one other customer with the teller next to me so it was a really slow day from what I could tell. That being said the “manager” had a horrible tone when I walked up with my packages. He didn't let me speak before ordering me around as to what to do with my packages. I had a question and he rudely responded with im not going to do any work unless I know for sure you’re going to be mailing these packages. *Why else would I be there with three heavy packages if I don’t intend to ship them* He rudely asked me to write all this information on the packages them self before he would even accept any of my request. Any other place would just print all the information on a sticker and slap it in the box. Seems to me like he just didn’t want to be there or do any of the work. I was able to get him to weigh the packages for me. During that time he kept rushing me to transfer each package from one counter to another counter as he weighed each one, mind you there was no other customer in line. Even after that he extremely rudely asked me in his own words “what are you going to do then I’m not doing anything else until you write the information on the boxes.” At this point I had had it and I walked out taking my business to another postal delivery service UPS in Lionville. The drive was 100% worth it. I will never be going back to the USPS Exton location this interaction has cost them a valuable customer.

Rude and unprofessional. The workers here need a lesson on customer service. I try my best to avoid this post office at all cost. They are also not helpful. Almost every single worker here gives you an attitude or a rude comment. They also hold up the line and chit chat with people they know but they treat the unfamiliar customer with absolute unkindness.

Went in today for my first time. It's a shame it's so conveniently located to me, because they have an employee (male, decorated in gold chains, right window) who makes it their place to make it unpleasant for decent people.I see others have had the displeasure of dealing with his confrontational treatments. If they, the Post Office, don't fire him it's a really sad statement on the quality and what can be expected from them.
