The tracking for the package I shipped a week ago still shows it at this location. When I inquired about it, the owner just launches into his little diatribe about the Postal Service is a civil service so of course they are incompetent and I need to go to a real post office to file a lost package complaint. On other occasions I hear him mouthing off with anti-government views, but I believe he is cashing the check he receives for supposedly running a postal substation. So lesson learned, avoid this arrogant hypocrite and go to a real post office to begin with.

We have used them for years. Very happy with their services. I'll never go to the post office ever again. Keep up the great work!

Always very nice and speedy to get my mailing done here... Much better than a post office.

Do not go here! I’m not one to list negative reviews but I was flabbergasted to see they had charged me $9 each to clean a little boys (size6) dress shirt and shorts. It was $17 to have a basic no shape summer dress pressed (not even cleaned!). When I asked if it was possible that there wasn’t a error in their pricing she told me they are sending their items out to be cleaned elsewhere!!! Holy up-charge… $$$ are getting passed along to the customer because they aren’t doing their own work!

As a regular customer of Regent, Nick is very condescending and he would be better suited to work in the background. He does not possess adequate customer service skills needed to converse with customers and unfortunately HE IS THE FIRST ONE YOU SEE AS YOU ENTER THE STORE!! I feel he is very knowledgeable and definately knows what he is doing but should not be dealing with customers directly. He is only hurting your business and turning customers away!!

This place is so convenient and I've always found the staff to be helpful. I'd rather go here than the 'official' post office.

While they are not a "real" Post Office, they do just about everything a Post Office does, and stay open an hour later until 6PM. Just remember to bring cash. He may seem "rude and cocky," but the guy behind the counter seems to know what he's talking about, never withholds information, and always gets the job done efficiently. The other members of the staff are more friendly and very good at their job.

Not one to write a bad review! But the man who processed my mom and I’s packages was extremely rude and talked down to us. Extremely cocky and had a bad attitude to everyone who entered the store. Made me very upset to see people be treated like that.

Kat and the Reagent team were extremely helpful! I recently moved from PA and needed help with a unique shipping challenge; they went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Kat!!

I use Reagent numerous times for blueprint printing and they are very responsive, I've never had an issue. Normally they're ready within an hour or two of me emailing the plans up.

Nick, the manager is consistently rude and obnoxious to every customer he services. The other staff are very courteous. I am taking my business elsewhere.

This is not a USPS Store. It's a shipping store that has a US POST office counter. I went just to but a single 1st class stamp. They only take CASH the counter woman said because the USPS only rents space in this store. I don't carry cash on me so I rooted around my car until I found 53 cents change.

Be smart, do not go hereService was terrible, counter woman was rude. Sold me a $2 plastic bag (usps has them free). At the end of this horrible interaction they just sent me to the real USPS
