This is by far the best UPS location I’ve used. Excellent customer service from the folks who work here. They’ve helped me time and time again from when I had issues returning a Fios router to Verizon to just today when I forgot to erase a phone and had to double back before it shipped out. Thanks!

Horrible experience. No easy way to print anything like other stores offer. They want you to log in to a computer service and pay $2.50 just to have the opportunity to pay for printing. The employees were completely unhelpful. There are other reviews reporting this issue as well.

I always have a great experience here. Anthony the manager always goes above and beyond! It is a busy store but they always get things done quickly and efficiently. The best UPS store in the area for sure.

I was greeted as I walked in. The box display that I noticed upon my arrival was festive and creative. The staff was welcoming and friendly and the service was quick. I will definitely go here in the future.
