TOTAL GYM changed my life.
I was a scrawny mid 20's guy that needed muscle, so with the power of TOYAL GYM in my head, I bought the "knock-off" version and did the workouts I was supposed to do.
I went from 145lb skinny to building and defining muscle mass and bulked to 179lb nive looking guy. And finally was comfortable taking my shirt off.
Playing beach volleyball on Daytona Beach, Florida, with no shirt on and having the ladies wink and smile at you, felt damn good, finally.
Thank you TOTAL GYM for the incentive, workouts, and the drive to look good.

Just got it assembled, had to smile when I read on the box "some assembly require". After finishing assembly, I was more than satisfied with the Total Gym FIT model. I also appreciate the various safety features on the equipment and the safety suggestion illustrated on the DVD's. Excited to start using it. Chuck Norris IS IN THE HOUSE!
There was some minor shipment damage, not Total Gym responsibility. Their customer service quickly resolved the matter. A five star experience.
CMT: Just like the brand new house I bought in March 2022 "some assembly require" Also some people install their own exterior Christmas decorations and others pay to have it done. It's a choice. FYI, new automobiles come full assembled more costly though.

Privacy: I was looking through the site to shop for a home gym. At the bottom of the page it asks to accept the privacy policy or click for more info. After clicking for more information I found that to reject the selling of my data to third parties, I needed to submit my personal information! All of this is simply to browse their site.

I have dealt with Total Gym fitness for over 15 years. I've never experienced anything but great service and truthful actions with this company. It seems to me people are trying to get something for nothing.

We purchased Total Gym because of the out-of-the-box gimmick. Not as easy to initiate use as advertised. Have called for assistance and repeatedly told to read the owner’s manual. I have read it, my husband has read it, my neighbor has read, etc etc. The box arrived damaged, so not able to send back. If anyone is interested in this product, will be glad to sell it. Buyer beware.

Same issues as everyone else on here with Total Gym not processing stuff and saying it’s the card being used. Currently it’s Christmas and I have received many items from Amazon with the same debit card used and have had no “card issues” or “cancelled orders”. I ordered a Total Gym fit for myself and was told my order was closed and cancelled because my card info isn’t right. When i went online to chat with their robotic person she assured me it was still on its way and not to worry that payment went thru and it would arrive (i saved the convo via screenshot on my cell phone). So clearly that was a lie too. One person saying it’s coming and another saying it’s cancelled.....Two completely different answers from them. I’ve had my card for 20 years and use it every day, i know my info. I called my bank and they confirmed i used the right information and they confirmed the transaction would have never cleared or even let me purchase in the first place if the card info was wrong and they did in fact receive the money, so it went thru....So the charge has cleared for $98 and when i addressed it with customer service, the woman was rude saying “sorry not my problem the card isn’t valid and you’ll get the money back.” This is weird to me as a legit business woman because how can you refund someone if the money from a payment never went thru??? Well that’s because it did go thru and it’s not the real reason I’m being closed or cancelled. If it’s my debit card then how come i was able to get it from amazon just now?? No card issues and no rude service people. I shouldn’t have to report this and you should take responsibility for either being out of stock on items or having internal issues or scamming people. If my bank can prove i used the right card info then what is your reasoning now??? Seems this is happening to many people who try multiple cards and spend hundreds. Weird the transaction process and we wait for refunds for payments you claim didn’t go thru. I’ve never heard of that because it’s not possible. Maybe with a credit card but Wells Fargo confirmed for me it’s not possible. Once again weird and shady. I know i will get a typical response saying “its your card and that’s that” but I’m warning others, you will have the same thing happen so if you really want the Total Gym make sure to do your research first on them or go to Amazon, or maybe just find another company who doesn’t treat customers this way. Such a bummer and you need better business practices and service. At least an email back would’ve been nice and a legit explanation.

They took two payments out of my checking account on one day, then refuse didn't put one of payment back in my account.
