Made a call to Whitford and they came to our rescue. Speedy, efficient and courteous service. We were both pleased with the above and beyond customer service as well as the extremely reasonable costs. We were so excited we gave them a $100 tip. “I had an oil change done, but the car smelled like oil smoke after the oil was change. I went back to ask them to check it and Josh S. The technician was of great prompt help, called the manager on duty. Josh S. was very courteous and professional.
Coach Sam came out, check the car and explained what happened as few oil drops spelled during changing the Oil filter.
Coach Sam took care of the problem instantly and personally cleaned the oil spell herself.
I was very impressed with their care and professional attitude.
I left very happy and thankful to them that was not a big engine problem.
