I have been with tmobile for 7 years but never can take advantage of upgrade options because my account doesn’t fit with their promo or they always require to add a line. I asked for a FREE PHONE on one of my 5 lines but they refused so maybe its time to change carriers

The most miserable staff I have had ever seen. All they do is mumble and roll their eyes at you. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

DONT GO HERE! Go to AT&T or anywhere else first! It's WAY less expensive for way better reception. We went in to replace a phone, they added on a TON of extra stuff without telling us the price, over $120 worth of screen protectors (THEY WERE $40 EACH), phone cases ($40 for an iphone case and $20 for an android case??), $20 each for two charging blocks! They also convinced me to mail in my iphone 11 for a (really low reimbursement that i only saw after i mailed the phone) $180 and said the 14 would be free as long as i was on their contract but if i wanted to leave I would owe the cost of the phone, same with my partner's android which is already giving him issues. I absolutely regret buying anything from them but I dont want to drop the $2000 or so dollars for both phones to switch back to AT&T. Feel totally ripped off/swindled/scammed.On top of that the coverage is AWFUL. i get NO service in areas that I had 5 bars in for years on AT&T's servers. In so many areas I cant make calls or send/receive basic texts, cant use a web browser. I got this plan for the 50GB hotspots that came with each line, but thats useless to me if i have terrible or no reception. the sales person we worked with was nice but his manager was really... grumpy? was a weird vibe in the store between them and that was kind of uncomfortable.anyway, they upsold EVERYTHING and were deceptive about how our plan/coverage/pricing would work. They can say download speeds arent 'throttled' but they dont tell you the tmobile cell towers will deprioritize lines that go over X amount of data. thats so deceptive and disgusting to me, i guess tmobile thinks that wording is a workaround but it really feels like they lied to our faces about that when i asked directly if our data would be throttled at any point. I was very VERY clear with the sales person that we would be depending on our cell plans for internet/work/calling in a remote area and they just told us what they thought we wanted to hear to make the sale.we thought we'd have a lower bill, but it comes out to almost $200 for two phones (and a dumb third line that was free but we didnt want or need...). Really regret going here, should have stuck with AT&T and not upgraded anything.

This is the absolutely worst store ever. We were lied to and swindled and no one wants to fix their mistakes. We were told to pay the balance of our iPhone later and the monthly bill would be adjusted but that was not true and now no one will fix it. Customer service just gives you a runaround. They just want to lock you into a plan. Everything about this process has been painful. Natural childbirth is easier. Don’t go here!!!! You will regret it. You would think that buying a phone should be fairly simple or that if a mistake is made that they would work with you to fix it. But there has been zero help from anyone that works here.

turned me away because they can't 'do certain things because they're a private tmobile store'. forced me to go to the mall to return an accessory. it doesn't make any sense but I found out that the mall location is much better and the staff is capable of everything, unlike this 'private tmobile store'. The manager is also very rude.

I went in to ask about a leftover bag. I missed the freebie because I was working overtime. One employee told me no. Another employee told me they had two left and that they would give it to me if I added home internet. Why would I get internet that I don't use so I can get a beach bag? That's ridiculous. Exton on main line is a snooty and stingy store. Probably didn't help that I'm black. They would be nice to a perky blonde.

Two grown men working the store teamed up on a young lady while she was in there with her baby to swap her phone for the GB she needed.She left place shook up and absolutely shocked of the treatment!! My best friend is far too kind to make a complaint. So I am doing this for her. She went into the T-Mobil store to trade in her new iPhone for more storage (less than 14 day). She was a Samsung user and just switched over. I told her to go back in and get more storage. They didn't inform her that there was more storage when she was in (BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT IN STORE). They told her they can't help her and that she doesn't know what she is talking about because she could "just pay for iCloud". That's not what we want!!They refused to service her. They spoke down to her so badly that she even asked "why are you acting like this is going to effect your sales?" And the guy said "it does! You're going to make us look like we didn't sell you the right product". BUT THEY DIDN'T sell her the right product!! I am shocked that this is the service anyone would provide!!!

EXTREMELY aggressive with add ons. Should be illegal. Terrible customer service. Were extremely rude when I declined the charger, screen protector, case, and insurance probably nine times. Spare yourself the horror, there is another location 5 minutes down the road.

My wife's phone started having problems with phone calls and text. The phone was bought in 2019 and was working fine until last week. I understand the phone is not new, but I expect some effort to find the problem. Diagnostics? Settings? No effort.The goal was to sell a new phone or change service plans.After returning home, I found there are several codes for diagnostics and logs. Also, I changed the cell network to another setting to eliminate the option of an older network. Guess what? It worked. The phone is working perfectly.If I listened to the advice/sales plug in the store, I would have bought an expensive new plan and lost my existing good service plan. I drove to this store for help, but received nothing beneficial.

Went to this store to return 5G Gateway router equipment for internet and to start with they said that they will ship it to TMO back office but if it’s lost in transit then I’m liable and they don’t take any responsibility and top of it the store won’t give me a receipt saying that I returned. How would I really know without a receipt, they might keep it and say it’s lost in transit.It seems this store is a 3rd party retail store wearing TMO tshirts and selling TMO products. All they do care is to sell and when there is an issue customer service is zero. The store manger (Franco) is very rude and the answers he gives makes no sense. Never ever going back to this place. Customer service sucks here. I just switched to TMO but I’m gonna cancel my service and move to some other carrier.Went to a corporate TMO store and the service was too good and return went with no issues. The agents there too complained about this store on how bad they treat customers. Suggest directly go a Corporate store and avoid the third party affiliated TMO store

Horrible customer service. Noah hung up on me while I was trying to get information on my account . Very rude also tried to tell me that I was racist against brown people. Because I spent over an hr on the phone with someone from Bangladesh very thick accent and couldn't understand what they were trying to say.. I'm clearly brown myself. And proud of it. He just didn't want to do his job and help me.

I thought I had lost all my access to FB, AOL, Instagram etc. I took my phone to Exton Mobile and met a very knowledgeable young man named Ashton who worked patiently with me to restore access to all my apps. Thank you Ashton you are the best???
