It was my pleasure to recently do business with John, the sales manager at Surround Sounds. He and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to spend time discussing the intricacies of my audio upgrade desires. I learned so much just from chatting with them. I never felt intimidated or talked down to, as you find in some higher-end stores. Instead, I - an amateur audiophile - felt like I belonged as much as anyone. This place is awesome! The staff are amazing and super knowledgeable, they are patient and you do not feel pushed to buy anything. Ron's approach is simple and elegant. He plays you some tracks and tells you what to listen for and just like that you can tell the good stuff from the bad. The atmosphere is relaxed and I felt like I was talking to an old friend. This places sells the "Good Stuff" and the good stuff is not cheap. But I walked out very happy with the deal I got and I will be back for all my future purchases. Thank you Ron and your amazing staff for making this so easy!

Having spent a couple of days on line reading reviews of Headphones I decided to avoid Best Buy and Amazon and go somewhere local where the people actually understand audio. I was more than delighted with both the amount of attention I received and the quality of the advice given. They introduced me to a Headphone maker which I hadn't heard of previously. If you are serious about audio or AV you really should visit Surround Sounds before making a purchase. I assure you will not be disappointed. When in the future I want new Hi-Fi system components I will buy them here.

We are so happy to get rid of dozens of unneeded wires and have an audio system that we now can actually use seamlessly and without jumping through a lot of hoops. Their workers are professional, courteous, easy to work with (especially for us non-tech savvy folks), and incredibly neat. Surround Sounds did some great upgrades to our system that we hope will perform better for a long time to come
