Treated my family awful. Didn't fix problem after paying $1800 in repairs. Took it back, fixed again but drove vehicle over 80 miles while they had it there. What a lot of nonsense. 80 miles? They said they had to test drive it. What a joke.

We bought our Mustang Mach E in September 2021. Shortly after purchase, Ford issued a recall due to a defective windshield. It has been over a year and they still cannot assist with fixing our vehicle. I'm scared driving the kids in our vehicle.
