If I could give zero stars, I would. An absolutely rude experience with the man and woman who run the place. Myself and the 3 boys I take care of were there shopping for sneakers and were verbally assaulted by the man because they were trying on a few different pairs. The store is messy and completely unorganized and very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping here.

Never purchase from this store or location ever!!! They sell fake shoes nothing is legit!!! I feel so defeated spending way over my back to school budget of course on an impulse buy!!! They literally are making their profit selling fake shoes to innocent ppl!! This is literally what we call thieves and the way of the world is absolutely disgusting lately I'm so exhausted with ppl!! Will never ever waste my time or money at this mall again!!

I came in the store today with my children both the owner and wife were pressuring me into buying shoes for all my kids even though they knew I had a budget. I purchased 2 pair of shoes and minutes later I wanted to return the most expensive pair because it was completely out of my budget for back to school. The man running this store refused my refund so I went and spoke to the director of Exton Mall.. then after the man running the store told me he would give me a refund for one pair of shoes but still have to wait for the money to return to my card and then told me to never come back to his store. At this point I don’t think I’ll ever return to that mall. I left crying embarrassed and just in a reck all over a simple return. I tried to called corporate and they told me they have no clue the store even exists.

when ever i try to go and they are open the gate is always down and they are closed!!! i could even see workers in there doing nothing!! no type of good customer service.
