Sherwin Williams in Exton, PA is where we shop for all of our renovations/painting projects. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help with selecting the right products for a project.

Since my first visit to this location, I have experienced the lowest level of customer service anywhere. Since my labels were missing, I was questioned about where the paint was purchased and when. I explained that my HOA uses Sherwin Williams exclusively. Tried securing the D.M.'s name and phone number today and was told to call corporate. I will find him and let him know of my experiences here. I am a retired professional with years of sales and seldom do I post negative reviews. This staff deserves it.

These paints are the best, especially for the price. I had black grease marks in my laundry room and I thought for sure I would have to paint two coats. After just ONE coat it looked perfect! I’ve used “#1 selling paints” from big hardware stores and every time I walk into my family room I see where it was thin and I need to repaint. SW paints are just so much better and have such great coverage with a beautiful finish. At the stores It doesn’t feel like the sales people are there to sell but to help, and really know the paint and are happy to answer questions honestly. It’s the only place I go to for paint now.

Wanted to touch up paint but when I asked for the color and finish they had 3 types of durability that might impact the matching of the paint. I left and went home and called customer service and basically got an argument that if I bought it it (one of the levels of durability but in the color and finish I wanted) might not match. I wanted help and they admitted they couldn't help me. I asked if I painted something and a week later wanted to touch up but had no more paint and didn't know the durability it might no match.
