I would not recommend going to this location. The customer service is consistently poor. I've been here numerous times and on most trips I have to hunt to find an employee and get their attention. I usually spend most of my time in the store just trying to talk to someone so I can pick up my online order. On my latest visit, I again had to play hide and seek for a representative and after finding one, the employee managed to avoid looking at me during the entire interaction. This is the only location where I've ever had issues with the customer service. The customer service at Sephora is usually exceptional. If you have the time, I would strongly recommend driving the extra 20 minutes to the King of Prussia location.

Wonderful customer service. Everyone was so helpful and down to earth, especially David who guided me to the Aisle of make up, I was looking for without hesitation

If I could leave no stars I would. I was given a merch card for a return that I used Apple Pay to purchase the item. Never heard of that with any other company esp one as reputable as Sephora. Really???? Forcing me to return only to the store which is high in looting with items not available as is due to looting!! 2 years later, I contact CS online to attempt to get this card transferred to a Gc as companies do as a courtesy. Not here. Poor service again. I then bring my disabled brother in law with me to shop and use the card on a Monday-not greeted. 10 mins later ? Not greeted!! Totally ignored. And not even acknowledged when we left. Rude staff and this is why I no longer shop at Sephora through the last few years. I used to at KOP all the time and would t go to Exton at all until recently when I had the option being remote work and this was a random visit. I will be contacting corporate and looking for someone to sell this merch card to. Quality and service dropped significantly through the years. Do not shop this location.

I had to search for someone to give me the help I needed. I spent almost $200.00. Girls at the registers seemed bored with their jobs. No conversations with customers. Did not hand or push my bag toward me. I had to reach across the counter for my bag. I hope my service is better next visit.

I ordered an eye shadow in the app, it came in pieces so, I went to the store for replacement, got lots of questions. Second time in that store, I was first in line then I was sent to the front, where I was third in line. Very bad customer experience in both times I’ve been there. I’m giving it 2 stars only because not all employees are rude.

Caitlin is AMAZING! She found me the most perfect foundation for my skin concerns and tone. She was friendly, funny, and a professional. One can tell she recommends products that are right for the specific client and not just her personal favorites. I am very happy with her assistance and will travel to use her in the future!

The big woman with the braids is really unpleasant to deal with, she doesn't know how to speak to customers properly and she hardly knows whats what.

I took my daughter here for the first time who happens to be a “tween.” I’m a single father and cosmetics are foreign to me. Jamie, a manager, understood this coming of age moment and was very honest with my daughter (and myself) about what was and was not age appropriate as well as educated us on which Sephora products would work best. Trust was established and the shopping experience was very pleasant. I was impressed by Jamie’s integrity and because of her, I trust the store and will return. My daughter left the store with a huge smile and I left relieved. Thank you Sephora.

I’ve been into this location a few times and today will be my last. I spoke with three employees during my visit and everyone was borderline belittling. The first woman who “help” me flat out lied to my face then got snarky with me because the product I was currently using wasn’t a line their store carries. Then when I was walking around, looking to see if there’s anything else I wanted to purchase another employee swept up into my personal space like I was trying to steal something (I’m in my 30’s, not that adults don’t steal, but was it my yoga pants that made you think I couldn’t afford your products?). At this point I’m annoyed and offended but stayed only for a fact they are the only place that carry this product. I go to check out and the employee at the register was the icing on the cake. Coldy called me over even though I was the only one in line then proceeded to be rude and snippy, and made me want leave before I even purchased the product I went in for. If you want nice shopping experience and to be treated kindly go to Ulta or the Sephora in the Kohl’s…

I work retail. As a matter of fact, all of my adult life. So I get it. I understand I wasn't dressed "accordingly" to the norm clientele for the area. But I had just gotten off of work at my new position within my company & still in my work attire. Whatever. No biggie. It's Sephora and everyone goes to Sephora in the city as they are. But no. Even though I clearly looked "lost" at this new locale, (And, I can't even believe I'm saying this,) not one person (let alone at least 3 floor employees) asked if I could use some help finding what I needed. Again. Whatever. I actually prefer to be self- sufficient. But as I find the Brand that I was looking for & crouched down to select the product bc that's where it physically was-- I was swarmed by at least 2 if not 3 employees asking me if I needed any help/finding it ok. Yea. SMLO. Get a grip &/or get the stick out of your a**. You work at SEPHORA. Boyd's has never even treated me like a 3rd class citizen let alone a potential thief. Call your dogs off. I BOUGHT it. With the same exact retail monies you are all clamoring for. Christ.

Went into the store today to lookFor a skin cleansing , ad I walked in the door an employee looked at me and turned her head ? So I said ok may e she’s busy so then I found someone at other end of the store but didn’t have time to do a profileFor the best products , as I exited the store about 5 minutes later, she is doing nothing but looking like she’s busy messing with make up.. usually love this store but today was very disappointing.
