Terrible. Refused to run the crutches through my insurance. Asked for payment instead for crutches, which would have been cheaper elsewhere. Avoid this place!

I absolutely love this company. Tom went above and beyond the call of his duties to get my supplies I needed after my own doctor failed for months to even give me the prescription for my supplies. I will not go anywhere else for my supplies, Scomed is my #1 supplier. Awesome people and amazing customer service.

The owner got an attitude with me when I told him that his son didn't explain to me that I was going to get charged for the medical supplies for the rest of my life. This company has no customer service skills and embraces a level of disrespect which makes me want to tell everyone I know that this company is dishonest and deceiving. Don't trust anything they tell you. They will lie and tell you $50.00 a month shouldn't be a problem to pay even though you don't want the product.
