Had a great experience with RR RACING. Justin took care of me with products . The ladies in the back assembled the products on point made sure everything was good . Rafi gave his recommendations and input on my 2012 ISF . Jacob Arici the mechanic did his thing and installed all products on my car and went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied and test drove car with me made sure everything was smooth before i left the shop . Thanks RR racing solid team

Purchased Bushings for my Lexus. So far they're great. Right after they arrived they went on sale. Asked if I could get the sales price and was told "You bought them 8 days ago" you can't get the sales price. If I didn't have to pay shipping I'd probably return and repurchase. Otherwise, great experience.

I have the USRS, engine mounts and AOS version 2 installed on my 2011 ISF. I have an AOS version 1 on my 2008 ISF. Can recommend those products.I can not recommend their upper control arms for the ISF. In my personal experience the driver side failed after several months of use. The passengers side was also getting worn down. Went back to stock. Was not impressed with the customer service I received regarding that issue.

I recently got the ECU tune for my IS350 and Im very pleased with the tune and customer service from RR esp. Justin and Simon! They were prompt in answering questions and helping to download the tune. I do feel a difference in the new power gain the engine feels and pulls stronger! There are a lot of tunes out there, but RR has the best one and the reviews show it!

Purchased headers and a tuner. Products came earlier than expected.Minor issues with fitting (PPE’s fault) were dealt with very quickly and precisely making the hang ups much easier to deal with. Overall their customer support has been absolutely awesome! I will be contacting them for the next upgrades on my car. 10/10 would recommend.

Rafi has been the epitome of excellent customer service. He has never once failed to answer questions about our Stage 1 Supercharger on our ‘15 RCF. Warranting product when applicable.Can’t tell how many M4 and Corvette days we’ve ruined in that SC-RCF. It’s now the real track car with terrific torque and HP Lexus should have built to begin with.Lastly, RR Racing has even advised and help diagnose concerns not related to their products, but general Lexus idiosyncrasies. Bravo!Now looking for a IS350C toSupercharge. RR Racing is that good!

This shop is first class and the parts are top quality. Just completed a Porsche supercharger project, along with new custom suspension coilovers, center radiator, deep billet oil pan, and rear wing. Rafi, Simon and the whole team are tops in the industry. Ignore all the phony reviews. If you know anything about cars, Rafi is a true performance engineer. He knows his business, is very professional, and a true gentleman. Everything he said would be done, was as stated, and beyond my expectations. Thank you to the RR Racing team for a job well done. Highly recommend this shop and their perfomance developed components. A+++
