So disappointed. I know Ross has a reputation for being messy but, up until this point, I can’t say that I encountered rude employees. There is a Young man who always works at night and a older man who might be a stocker who works at night and a couple female employees that are absolutely lovely.On this particular night. There were three females working, and they were absolutely ignorant and rude. I guess they thought they were going to close the store early, so when I showed up 45 minutes before they were supposed to close, they were visibly angry. The cashier was so angry, when she was taking a security tag off a garment I was trying to purchase she ripped it and still tried to get me to pay for it. If these three ladies are a permanent fixture at Ross, I will never- ever shop there again. I will tell everyone who will listen, do not shop here. That’s how bad of an experience this was. These days you would think source would do anything to keep their clientele. Brick and mortar stores are becoming less and less, Now I see why. I get to pick how I spend my money and where why would I choose to be greeted and treated like that when I can just shop from the comfort of my own home with zero attitude And hostility.

Sometimes you find some deals if your lucky. But don't buy the fleece blankets, they fall apart. I have purchased them recently and everyone falls apart with the fuzzies. This store is left overs or seconds or things open or been sitting in Warehouses a long time, then they buy it for a cheap price....

On July 27 I stepped on a security tag in the store. The manager called another manager to print out an incident report for me to fill, but was insanely rude and pushy trying to get me to say they gave me medical care and state that the store was clean. This store is never clean. No Ross is ever clean. The manager also said they would "file" the incident report and then email me a copy. She never asked for any contact information let alone an email address so I'm still waiting to find out where I should send the bill for my tetanus shot and antibiotics.
