I Definitely try to be patient with this pharmacy, as it is close to my work and I can appreciate that they are short-staffed, overworked and underpaid. I am in the same boat myself and have been for years. However, if I EVER spoke to my customers the way the support staff behind the pharmacy counter speak to their customers I would find myself without a job. Clearly no one cares bc I see this repeated over and over again in your reviews. I get the same prescription every month. I have my doctor call it in close to a week early every time to avoid any issues. And yet every single month it’s a problem. I am trying to be patient and use your “text communication” because every time I don’t wait and call to check on it I am met with pure disgust. But here is the issue. You close in 1 hour. I live an hour away. I didn’t have the mental capacity to deal with the attitude stopping in on my way home from work earlier this afternoon and decided I would rather just eat the time and gas and drive back. However even if you were to call me now (again 1 hour before you close) I wouldn’t be able to get to you while you’re still open. I understand you’re busy. I truly do. But how is it I’m at the bottom of the pile every single month? For a prescription that I take like clockwork and fill every 30 days??? Make it make sense. I wish you would do better and realize that your customers are going through things too and if you’re truly that miserable then maybe it’s time to find a new job. All I want to do is take my medication. That should be a simple request. Not one met with attitude and rudeness.

I don’t know about y’all but seeing a Rite Aid employee smoking vigorously within 2 feet away from the front door while the patrons with children are walking in is not what I want to see. Ever. At a first glance from a distance the smoking employee appeared pregnant but I think she’s just overweight. Still sent shivers down my spine. Not a good luck, lady.

Went to pick up prescription & the older lady with very short, grey hair gave me attitude right away because she had put it back on the shelf. I showed her that the text from Rite Aid said not for another 2 days will it be put back. She said “Well that’s wrong!”. Then she proceeds to bring to cash register & I show her a Good RX coupon. She’s mad again & says you need to show me that before I put through your insurance! I said I did not know that. Her reply “Well I can’t do it right now cause I have to re-do it! You’ll have to come back later!” I asked when & she said “Not until later this after noon”. Soooo rude with her attitude & behavior. Like this is all of my fault! I am transferring my & my family’s prescriptions. Can’t stand the attitudes of pharmacists & their help anymore!

TL;DR - Front of store need a reality check - asked me to leave my work PC with a total stranger, still let ladies carry their purses. Were it not for their outstanding pharmacy staff I'd never return.Like many these days, I unfortunately need to carry my work computer with me on a daily basis. If it were up to me, it'd never leave my house. Unfortunately- that's not the case.Let me make it clear - I cannot work without this device. If something happens to it, I'm utterly without recompense as the software licenses - advanced chemistry/data analysis software, are locked to 1 PC/1 Processor*. In short - I'm out close to a year's salary if something were to happen to it.I've done everything I can do to prevent damage and theft: GPS hardware mounted to the unit, reinforced casing, anti-theft backpack, complete drive encryption w. Biometric only unlock. You get the idea.Even so, physical theft of the bag remains the #1 issue. When out of the house, that bag is never more than 1 meter way and is usually tethered to me.Which brings me to my point - the sheer gall, the utter audacity to demand my work PC be left with a stranger is beyond insulting. The fact their application of this "rule" is utterly hypocritical really shines through when ladies with purses aren't asked to leave their bags (and I'd wager were that to occur, their reaction would be much akin to mine).Middle school students allegedly stealing *does not give you the right* to demand the personal belongings of others. The fact that this lot thinks stealing some gum or condoms is anywhere near comprable to risking someone's livelihood shows just how little thought they've given it. I'd bet with near certainty that is something happened to my equipment while they "held it to sToP tHeFt" there would be no reconciliation for my damaged items. If the pharmacy staff wasn't the best in the area I'd never return.(*go look up an academic research license for Spartan 20 Paralell Suite or ChemDraw if you'd like to see the scale of the problem).

The woman that works in the pharmacy at this location is so incredibly rude. She was talking over me on the phone yesterday and was extremely put out that I was inquiring about a prescription that needed to be taken in a timely manner. Would never use this pharmacy again.

Rite Aid store 1929 - is the only place I will go for sundries and prescriptions. The store is very clean and well stocked. Every person there is interested in how they can make your day better. The best care is given in the pharmacy by having two pharmacists that are stellar and associates that obviously like their jobs and are interested in providing the very best service to their customers. This store is very lucky to have such wonderful employees.

At a time when pharmacies are decreasing hours due to short staffing, this pharmacy flourishes. Pharmacy hours here have been maintained, and that's a big deal. The front end is pristine, and organized. Managers work out on the floor and at the register. The cooperation of teamwork is at this Exton store. They carry a wide range of products, even some of the "old" remedies. Vitamins of one brand or another are constantly on sale, and their own Rite Aid brand conducts standardized USP tests like more expensive names.I highly recommend this store.

This is the cleanest and most organized pharmacy, with managers & associates who go the extra mile. The pharmacy staff is very hard-working. My family of five adults just received flu shots here. Ideally, I recommend making an appointment online for your vaccination(s), so the paperwork is prepared and you are expected by staff. The process is less stressful for them, and easy peezy for you. Rite Aid is working on improving their rewards program, and that would enhance the experience even further.

By far, the store employee made our experience fun when having our passport photos taken! She is definitely a "keeper!" We will recommend this store for anyone we know to have a passport photo taken!
