Kept seeing commercials and finally went to Rally House. I'm not sure if it's just this location, but there is soo much merchandise it's hard to take in. It can be quite overwhelming.Plus, I can't imagine it's actually considered handicap accessible aisles. Tight squeeze is most sections. And no distinguishing between mens and womens section either.I was shopping for Phillies gear but there is so much inconsistency between clothing brand sizes and quailty, I only ended up leaving buying a drinking glass.

Went today to get a phillies shirt for my kid. Shirt was marked $20.00 on the tag but rang up $25.00 at the register. They refused to honor the marked price.

A lot of Philly area and Pennsylvania area sports teams apparel and accessories, but the store was in shambles with a lot of clothes on the floor and items out of place. This isn't a place to go for deals on sports apparel... just a warning if you are looking for discounts.

The store seems disorganized and the employees don't go out of their way to help. Brands are all mixed up on the racks.

I got a gift that did not fit. Attempted to return but they will only credit the card of purchaser. Great for the person who got the gift. Last was rude. Nothing has prices. Wont go back ever.

The return policy is not great. I had the receipt and was offered a store credit, saying the gift giver (my son) had to be there in person to credit him back. For another item that I did have the receipt for, which was paid in cash, I was told in a hostile way from the young man at the register that if I didn’t buy it, I couldn’t get the cash back! I explained that cash is cash and there is no name on a cash receipt!! SMH. Never again.

This was my first time in the store I absolutely loved it!!! I found the Philadelphia Eagles jersey number my husband wanted, and several other Eagles things. It has a great selection. I will definitely go back again.
