I visited this store to look for an oversized chair (chair and a half) for a sit in room. I found two different chairs we liked which were $578-698. Once I made a decision I let the Salesman know I had two gift cards in the amount of $75 & $25 which needed to be applied to the purchase of the chair. I made the purchase, went to a different store and found a chair that was $199 and exactly what I wanted in size, color and price. A call was made to Raymour & Flanagan to let them know that I needed to cancel the order because I found exactly what I wanted and needed for the price. The moment I let them know it was downhill from there. I decided to go back into the store to handle the situation and the moment I got to the customer service desk the initial assistance I received when walking in the store was no more. I wanted to ensure that the initial $100 gift cards were returned back to me and I was told they could only give me the $75 gift card and not the $25 gift card which made no sense. So, this is BEYOND unacceptable and unprofessional. They happily took it to apply to my order but when it came to returning it, they acted like they didn't know what they were doing. Trust and Believe that this is my last time visiting this location as they are as bad as the Raymour and Flanagan in Wilmington, Delaware which is pretty bad. Now I completely understand why they have ads in both Indeed and Zip Recruiter because the level of incompetence in this Exton and Wilmington location is extremely bad. Home Sense and Home Goods have much better, one of a kind and well priced furniture. These stores will continue to lose business because of better quality furniture and stores who make it easier to buy furniture and deal with their staff.

We came here and wanted to make our own opinion of the place , and good thing we did. We were very impressed with the selection and service from everyone we worked with. Adrian - the sales associate was amazing patient and worked with us from start to finish. Highly recommend the place.

Not understanding the bad reviews. Our first time here, we were greeted right away, Adrian helped guide us through multiple options until we found exactly what we were looking for. Professional, courteous, prompt service. Couldn't have asked for more.

Looking for a lift recliner? These FlexSteel recliners are a little pricey but super sturdy and reliable.

We had a very safe shopping experience. The customer service we received from AC C. was exceptional! It started when I called to find out if a product was in stock that I'd seen online. AC was kind enough to text me the item they had available. We ended up going in to learn more. AC was very informative about the products with which we were interested. He also assisted us in matching furniture fabrics. We highly recommend AC to help you with any of your furniture needs!

If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered our couches on 1/9 & it is now 3/6 & still do not have them. We get a call every week telling us another date. I have been understanding up to this point but now I'm really upset. We paid full price & bought the platinum protection plan so it was NOT cheap. I expected better from a big name company like this. Never again. I will say that our salesman, Ralph, has been great so the 1 star I gave is only for him.

Horrible delivery experience. Raymour and Flanigan contracts delivery service. During my delivery there was damage caused to my home and it was nearly impossible to have fixed. It took 2 months of almost daily phone calls to follow up with Raymour and Flanigan and their contracted delivery service. I had to make 15 different phone calls to be persistent enough to fight through their negligence. It got to the point of having to threaten legal action for anyone to move the process forward. If you plan on having furniture delivered from here and in the event of damage to your home, don't expect them to take responsibility. Contracting the delivery service helps to shift blame, create a longer, more frustrating process for the customer, and evade responsibility.
