I’ve tried countless salons for pedicures. Either they rush you out the door or the polish chips off within days. I adore it here! The environment is wonderful (they have a 10 pound hyper-allergenic poodle, Noodle who happily greets you at the door?)Definitely my new go-to spot!Services: Foot massages

I went for a mani pedi. It was the fastest pedicure I’ve ever had. He didn’t take the skin off around my toes. Only put some gel on my legs and gave me about a 20 second leg massage on each leg. Nothing on the feet. Dried my legs with hot towel, and done. No lotion on your legs. My whole pedicure took 16 mins. Manicure not that great either. I had gel polish 85.00 for in and out in 34 mins. Won’t be coming back.

Loved this salon! Just moved to the area- wanted a quiet and clean place. This was it! Staff was amazing. Called and made an appointment, was taken on time (no waiting). My nails turned out exactly how I wanted!

The girl doing my nails cut my cuticles and cut my fingers until they bled and was beyond rude. She was rough the entire time. This was my fourth time going here and second time I got this rude girl. The first time I got her I figured maybe she had a rough day and would be nicer and gentler next time. Nope the worst manicure I have ever had and only one I left with cuts. I also saw her being rude to the lady in front of me this last appointment.I would like to mention a barking dog is in the salon with a dirty pee pad! Unsanitary and so unprofessional.Service: Manicure

I have been going to On The Nail for the past couple of years, and absolutely love it there. All of the staff are so nice and personable (read: for those commenting on how rude the staff is, they likely had the typical "Karen" attitude towards the staff - complainers tend to leave that part out). Jenny and everyone else are amazing and always do high-quality work; I've never been disappointed. After reading some negative comments on here, I am noticing a common trend of a lack in situational awareness, which I must touch on. Someone mentioned the dog that "stormed" the door. They failed to mention that the dog weighs approximately 5 pounds at best. If you're not comfortable with that, you shouldn't have proceeded to go inside. The same person complained that they were closing at 7:30 vs. the advertised 8pm. I personally would never go to a business like this without the common decency of calling first to ensure they were still open, had time for me, etc. If anything, have some courtesy, considering whatever service you want at 7:30pm will likely take them beyond their closing time. To roll in 30 minutes before close, acting entitled, is flat out rude - whether staff intended on staying till 8pm or not. If they had no one scheduled, it's their right to close early - they have families and other commitments, too. I also find it odd that the same person who supposedly encountered the dog "storming" the door is also pitching a fit that they couldn't get a walk-in appointment. The dog couldn't have made you THAT uncomfortable considering you wanted to stay for a service.I also noticed people complaining that things didn't go smoothly when they scheduled one type of service, got there, and decided on another. Again, lack of awareness, as different services take different lengths of time. If you asked for something simple, and now want something more, they likely do not have time to accommodate your change of mind, as they have allotted a certain amount of time based on your initial request. Likewise, if you schedule something more time-consuming, then arrive and decide to downgrade - they may have turned people down in the interim, based on needing more time for what you initially asked for.It amazes me (although it probably shouldn't by now) how insensitive people are, the lack of common courtesy, and the feeling of entitlement. Not only am I saying this based on comments I've read here, but I've also seen it firsthand during my own appointments there. I'm so sick of people falling back on "the customer is always right" mentality, because that's not always the case. Business owners are human beings, too, and deserve respect. It's not just here, it's sadly happening at businesses all over.Services: Waxing

Extremely rude and ignorant front desk person. Coming in as a new client, I’m greeted by a barking dog storming the door. Afraid the dog may run out, I do not attempt to open the door, but instead I’m yelled to come in. Why do you have a dog storming the door as people are coming in? People could be allergic, scared, or just not like dogs. As I come in, I’m told they are closed. Location is advertised as closing at 8pm, get there a little before 730 and told they are closed? Why is the door open and advertised as opened? I then am given attitude as if it is my fault for coming in at a time when they are “closed”. I say what a way to talk to a first time client, don’t expect me to come back here. The lady then says “you don’t have to”. Avoid at all costs, save ur money and go to somewhere you feel welcomed like happy nail and spa in exton.

After about a year of trying out most of the nail salons in the area, On The Nail has officially become my favorite. My best friend and I have never had a bad experience here. Jenny is incredibly friendly and amazing. We love how the gels here aren't super thick and the salon itself is incredibly clean.

After reading the negative reviews, I am shocked of the lack of self awareness. Only 2 people working and you wonder why they don't take walk ins? That it's an appointment only establishment? I understand some of us were hermits since initial lock down of Covid on March 2020 so some people forgot common decency and manners. You made an appointment to get a specific type of nails done, but when you arrive you ask for another? Dip and gel are two very different types of manicures and applications are different. One takes more time than the other. So I'm unsure if you know the definition of appointments, but it's a specific time slot scheduling, to try to fit as many clients as they can while providing exceptional work focusing on just one client. That isn't the establishments fault for your lack of time management and understanding.Ignore the negative reviews, some people, including myself, love that it is appointment based and they are solely focused on you unlike other nail salons where it's a rotating door of customers and quality of work is questionable.Services: Manicure

I love this salon! I have been getting gel manicures here for over 2 years now and have never had a complaint. The staff is friendly and the salon is beautiful and clean. A manicure can last me over a month before it starts to chip. My nails have never looked better. Thank you!Service: Gel manicures

Beware ladies and gents…they will waste your time and money!!! I came into their shop at about 4:50pm- 5pm, when I came in I specifically said I would like to get my overlay taken off of my nails and would like a pedicure. The lady says ok but they don’t have anything until 6:30. I said ok I’ll come back at 6:30. I bs’d around in the area until 6:30 (I’m from philadelphia). I came back and received a horrible pedicure. Still not saying anything about it since my main goal was to get the overlay off and I would just go to my usual to get another pedi. When she was done the pedi I said don’t forget I would like the overlay off. It was at this time that she says oh we don’t do that. Since we don’t do artificial nails we don’t know how to take acrylic off. She should have said this when I came in at 5pm!!! Now I’m scrambling to find a place to get the acrylic off.

This is by far my favorite nail salon. My nails have never looked so good or felt so healthy. Jenny, the owner, is an absolute delight. She makes me feel like the most important customer every time I am there. And the rest of her staff are also amazing. You can not go wrong! I moved to the area about a year ago and am so happy to find a reliable salon with honest people. Highly recommend!Services: Pedicure

I have been going to On The Nail since it opened and have recommended this business to others as their work is typically good quality. However, a few months ago I had to cancel an appointment last minute. I was literally on the way when my son’s daycare called and I had to pick him up because he was sick. I called and cancelled and the owner literally blocked my number!!!! I didn’t realize this until I just showed up because the call wasn’t going through. She took me but was so rude! She used to be nice but I will not be returning or recommending others. The prices have increased a lot recently too. Not with it to be treated rude. It was literally the only time that I’ve ever had to cancel an appointment since they’ve opened. Find somewhere where they value your business!Services: Pedicure
