I have bought 4 cars over the years from this dealership. Went in today and was offered $500 for my trade in. Loyalty gets you nothing from them. What a joke.

TERRIBLE service department. Don't go here. I purchased my vehicle here and was a regular service customer for 6 years. They are slow and do not care about retaining their customers. Snarky service advisors. Made appointment to have check engine light on researched. Left car night before. Did not look at it until the afternoon and they could not figure out the issue despite having all day. I explained to the rep that I "Might" need the car back if it is not finished by the end of the day. Got a call back in about an hour saying my car is "finished". Pick the car up and my service receipt clearly indicates that the light is off i.e. fixed. A reasonable person would think between these two communications that the issue was fixed. 2 hours later it comes back on. Call service department back and my Service Advisor "K" acknowledges that they didn't actually do anything and indicates that I should not have picked up the car because it wasn't done and if I want them to look at it again, they will charge another fee. Despite the notes on my receipt saying "Light is off now. Completed" and her calling me and telling me "the car is done". I'm naturally going to take this as the issue is fixed. I at no point requested the car back unfinished as the rep later tried to contend. I sent an e-mail to the main e-mail address for Exton Nissan explaining the dilemma and asking for help given my long-term relationship. They never responded. Exton Nissan's mission statement indicates "they want to build a relationship with you. That is complete nonsense. I've never had a more apathetic purchase/service experience. I then took my car to United Tire in West Chester. In 5 minutes - without an appointment - (and for free I might add) they correctly diagnose the issue as an O2 sensor issue. Rep from Nissan checked one but didn't bother to check the others.

my car was towed to Nissan service 3 times paid 3000 dollars to fix it and 4th time while I was driving out of the Nissan service car stopped and would not start.service person Dan indicated he will not fix my car or give my money backCalled police and will file civil suitBeware of the rude customer service Specially Caitlin if you care for your car don't take it there

I love this place, I have purchased 2 vehicles now and had great service and working with me. I think the calls to take to long to answer or the voice mail is filled up.

Would give them a zero if I could. My husband's car had a recall. Waited an hour n 15 minutes while I thought they were fixing it, only for them to come out & tell me they don't have the recall part in stock... WHAT? Like, you SCHEDULED me to come in & fix this recall, so you obviously knew what was needed. Then I waited another 40 minutes till I finally had to go looking for someone & ask if my car was done. So now I have to bring the car back & wait another 1.5 hours while they fix it, when they coulda just called us n said we don't have all the parts in stock & scheduled another day hate when ppl waste my time.

First time car buyer here!! I bought a car today and the sales associates at Exton Nissan are so knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel no pressure about purchasing. Brian and Sean were amazing and walked me step by step throughout the entire process. Looking forward to sending more people their way!

If I was able to give them zero stars it would have been more accurate. I just moved here out of state and needed some assistance with my Murano regarding a recall notice. I called the last week of March and was told that a part was going to be ordered immediately and I would be called when it arrives to make an appointment. Four weeks later and no word, I called and had to leave a message for the service team. Again, no response whatsoever. Two weeks later I called and was informed that only one person was in the service department and was very busy. I turned around and called back and spoke with the parts manager who confirmed that his department never received any order for me. I called another Nissan dealer who was very responsive and professional. As a result, I will definitely never do business with Exton Nissan for service or to order my new 400Z car. Clearly customer service is non-existent at Exton Nissan.

I have been a customer with Exton Nissan since July 2019, and I have received excellent customer service on every visit. Each time I have brought my Murano in for servicing, the work has been completed correctly and in a timely manner. Special acknowledgement bgoes out to service technicians Caitlin. Caitlin has assisted me several times over past year and has always delivered excellent customer service. Caitlin has taken the time to listen to my concerns and has always address each concern with an honest, fair and clear response. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced only by Exton Nissan because of Caitlin and the other professional service that I have received since purchasing my vehicle from Exton Nissan approximately three years ago. Thank you. Greg

Another business with a foolish approach to personal safety and hygiene. No masks on the staff? Don't they know better? They are unnecessarily putting peoples' lives at risk by not following CDC protocols. Very disappointing. Definitely Do not recommend this business. Hint to the business owner: if a potential customer walks in to your business wearing a mask, interested in buying a vehicle that might cost $50K, tell your sales staff to put on a mask and manage social distancing. We are still in a global pandemic with high rates of transmission. Be responsible.
