My husband and I just purchased a mattress from Mattress Warehouse, and the experience has been outstanding so far! I just bought a new mattress from two of the nicest and caring team I have ever worked with. I went to the mattress warehouse in Exton and was greeted by Nancy. She took the time to listen to my needs and then she recommend I try a machine that would help me choose the perfect mattresses. She showed me a couple of truly wonderful beds and then asked her partner Brian what he thought of my body position while lying in the beds. He was so very knowledgeable and professional.

Such a great and seamless experience. Brian was so knowledgeable and not in any way pushy to make the sale. We went to 3 different stores and we came back to Brian because he knew the most and he actually wanted me to take my time in making a decision.

Would not replace the awful mattress they sold me after two days because I did not use the mattress protector from their store which they sell at a premium, instead used my own brand new from tuft and needle. What a pathetic mattress scam. I hope the people who work there are happy with their life choices, selling people products they won’t accept in return despite all the fanfare about being able to exchange. Unsurprisingly, the people who work there act like warehouse robots who cannot deviate from policy. Be warned! All the five star reviews that sing their praises one has to wonder if they are buying reviews from review farms in China?

Nancy was amazing! I cannot recommend this store enough. After a bad experience at another local mattress store with a delivery that never showed up, Nancy helped me get a mattress for my new apartment right away to be delivered the next day. She price matched and was able to really help me out as a college student getting situated in a new state. A+ customer service, so personable and caring and genuinely concerned with making her customers happy. There’s a thousand mattress stores in this area but if you want quality, affordable, and peace of mind, go see Nancy at Mattress Warehouse!
